Performance at work and alcohol

Kindly pray for me. I am unable to perform in my company and i recently heard that they may terminate me very soon. I was a top performer in my previous organization but i don't know why i am unable to perform here. Please pray for me that i will stop consuming alcohol. I will try to control but i could not. please pray.
