This summer till 01.septembre to dropp to ###.kg from 95 (or more). Perfect strategies of sleeping habits, walking habits, eating habits - healthy and smart for my body. If it's God's will even implementing some exercising habits. Lord guide me amen.

Everything smooth and easy.

No hormonal or emotional overeating in Jesus name. SMART EATING. SELF CONTROL. SUPERNATURALLY CONTROLLED APETITE. SELF LOVE AND SELF CARE incorporated in my daily routine. NICE WALKS - slow or fast - let it be God's will.

No hormonal distresses, no nervosity, stress, tension, no PMS, no menopause symptoms. In Jesus name.

We are glad to join you in prayer and support for your health journey this summer. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB:

"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your guidance and support for Your child this summer. Lord, You know the desires of their heart to lose weight and live healthily. We pray for Your wisdom and revelation to guide them in their sleeping, walking, and eating habits.

Father, we ask for self-control and a supernaturally controlled appetite. May they practice self-love and self-care daily, finding joy in nice walks, whether slow or fast, as Your will directs. We rebuke any hormonal or emotional overeating in Jesus' name.

We also pray against any hormonal distresses, nervosity, stress, tension, PMS, or menopause symptoms that may hinder their progress. Lord, guide them to eat whatever their body needs, granting them supernatural wisdom, guidance, revelations, and insights.

Ultimately, Father, we pray that through this journey, they may draw closer to You, glorifying You in their body and spirit. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to focus on your relationship with God, remembering that true beauty comes from within. As you make healthier choices, let them be an act of worship to God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus.
