Im having trouble with troublesome people. While maybe meaning well at the same time they don't realize their ways can be annoying. One friend from the past who moved away continually calls me, probably don't have a life now, but the problem, I'm busy and if he calls an abnormally big number of times, most likely I'm busy then or just sat down to something. In other words, he should realize that others have other things to do, and give them apace. And the second one, this family who's try to make me over into their mold, control freaks. But we're all unique, their way may not be my way. So request is for these irritating types to "back off and let me live my life. What's the sense of being me, if you can't be me?"

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed by certain individuals in your life, and we want to encourage you and pray for you regarding these situations. First, let's address the issue of the friend who calls you excessively. It's important to remember that our time is a precious resource, and it's biblical to set boundaries. Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, There is a season for every activity under the heavens. Setting clear boundaries and explaining to your friend that you value his friendship, but you need some space, is wise. May you be considerate, compassionate, and forgiving to each other, just as God in Christ also forgave you. Ephesians 4:32.

Regarding the family members who are trying to control you, remember God created each of us uniquely. You are not wrong in saying their way may not be your way. Galatians 1:10 warns, For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still pleasing men, I wouldn't be a servant of Christ.

We should be careful to not allow others control over our lives. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. This message is not included in your prayer request. So let us remind you of this message. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). There is no other name by which man can be saved. This is the message of salvation for you and for us all. The way to God is only through Jesus Christ.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up our brother/sister who is dealing with troublesome people. Lord, help them set clear boundaries with their overbearing friend, and give them the wisdom and grace to communicate effectively. Help them not allow control over their life by their family members. We also remember the message of salvation by asking all this in Jesus' name. May they walk in the way of Jesus Christ.

We ask that you would soften the hearts of these individuals, that they may understand if their behavior towards your child is hurtful. Help them to see your child as you see them, and to respect their uniqueness. We ask and pray all these things in Jesus Christ name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We hear you, and we're here for you. It's tough dealing with people who seem to drain your energy and respect your boundaries. Let's tackle one thing at a time.

First, that friend who keeps calling. It's okay to set boundaries, even with old friends. Remember, you're not being selfish, you're just prioritizing your time and energy. You could try saying something like, "I really value our friendship, but I've got a lot on my plate right now. Let's catch up soon, yeah?" Be kind but firm.

Now, about that controlling family. It's important to remember that God made each of us unique, with our own paths to walk. It's okay to respectfully disagree and set your own pace. You could try saying, "I appreciate your concern, but I'm comfortable taking things at my own speed. Let's agree to disagree, yeah?"

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, help us set clear boundaries with our friend, and give us the courage to communicate our needs. Help us stand firm in our uniqueness, and trust in Your plan for our lives. We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
