Heavenly Father, please dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety and bring peaceful sleep. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We lift this heartfelt request to our Heavenly Father, who promises to give His beloved sleep. The weight of stress and anxiety can indeed feel overwhelming, but we stand on the truth that God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to steal your peace and rest, for the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but He offers us His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray together: *Father God, we come before You, acknowledging that You are the God of all comfort and the giver of peaceful rest. We ask You to quiet the racing thoughts and anxious hearts of Your child. Dissolve every burden that weighs heavy on their mind, replacing it with the peace that only You can provide. Lord, we declare that Your Word says, "When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet" (Proverbs 3:24). We claim this promise over their life tonight and every night. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel the safety and security that comes from resting in You. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You and the peace that transcends all understanding. Amen.*

We encourage you to meditate on scriptures that speak of God’s peace and protection as you prepare for sleep. Psalm 4:8 says, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." Trust in the Lord’s faithfulness to guard your heart and mind. If anxiety persists, consider writing down your worries and surrendering them to God before bed, trusting that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this struggle, and God is faithful to meet you in your time of need. May His peace, which guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, be with you always.

Let's ask Him together to quiet your mind and fill your heart with His perfect peace. "Father, please wrap your loving arms around ### tonight. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
