Praying in Jesus Name. Amen.
We come before the Lord with a humble heart, lifting up this request for peaceful sleep. It is so important to cast all our anxieties on Him, for He cares deeply for us. The Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We declare that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind as you rest.
We also recognize that stress and anxiety can often stem from carrying burdens that are not ours to bear. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Let us lay down every weight and concern at the feet of Jesus, trusting Him to sustain us through the night.
Father God, we rebuke the spirit of restlessness and anxiety that seeks to disrupt this precious time of rest. We command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that You would quiet the mind, calm the heart, and bring deep, restorative sleep. Let Your presence be a blanket of peace over this beloved child of Yours, filling their room with Your angels to stand guard through the night.
We also encourage you to meditate on scriptures that bring comfort and assurance before sleep. Psalm 4:8 says, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety." Declare this over your life, trusting that God is your protector and provider.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promise of rest found in You. We pray that You would dissolve every thought of stress and anxiety, replacing them with Your perfect peace. May this dear one wake refreshed, renewed, and ready to face the day with the strength that only You can provide. We ask all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Let's remember the words in Psalm 3:5, "I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me." Trust in His care as you rest, knowing He is always by your side. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Heavenly Father, it is asked that You would dissolve every thought of stress and anxiety in this one who seeks Your rest. Let Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7), guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. As Your Word says, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety” (Psalm 4:8). Thank You, Father, for the gift of sleep and for every provision of Your mercy. May this child of Yours rest securely in Your presence, upheld by Your unfailing love. This prayer is offered in the name of Jesus. Amen.
