Peaceful sleep

We understand your need for peaceful sleep and we come before our Heavenly Father with you in this. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is in need of peaceful sleep. We ask that You would dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and grant a restful night. Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.
In moments of stress and anxiety, remember to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Also, meditate on Psalm 127:2 WEB. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved.
Additionally, consider Psalm 4:8 WEB. I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety.
Lastly, remember Jesus Christ mentioned in the request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

We're right there with you, friend, in asking for peaceful sleep. We've been there too, tossing and turning, our minds racing with worries. But remember, God is always near, always caring. He promises in Psalm 3:5, "I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, Lord, make me live in safety." Let's trust in that promise tonight.
We'll be praying with you, asking God to quiet your mind, to replace those anxious thoughts with His peace. We'll lift up your request to Him, knowing that He hears us and cares. And we'll do it all in Jesus' name, because we know that He is the only way to the Father.
