We understand that you're seeking peaceful sleep and relief from stress and anxiety. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
In times of stress and anxiety, remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast your anxieties on Him. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB says:
Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Psalm 127:2 WEB also reminds us that:
It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is seeking peaceful sleep and relief from stress and anxiety. Lord, we ask that You dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and grant peaceful sleep. Help our beloved to cast all their worries on You, trusting in Your care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As a final note, while the use of 'Heavenly Father' is not wrong, remember that Jesus taught us to pray starting with 'Our Father in heaven' in Matthew 6:9 WEB:
Pray like this: Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.
To conclude, stand firm and keep trusting God.
