We understand that you're seeking peaceful sleep and relief from stress and anxiety. We stand with you in prayer, calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times of stress and anxiety, remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast your anxieties on Him. 'Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.' 1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB
As believers, we are also called to be anxious for nothing, but instead to pray about everything, with thanksgiving. 'In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.' Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of peaceful sleep. We ask that You dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and replace them with Your supernatural peace. Help them to cast their cares on You, trusting that You care for them. Grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, and guide their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful, and He will bring you through this season. Meditate on His Word, and trust in His promises. Remember Psalm 4:8 WEB:
'I will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety.'
As you prepare to sleep, focus your mind on God's goodness and His love for you. Trust in Him, and He will grant you peaceful sleep. If you are not born again and want to be a child of God and able to come to Him in prayer, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. That is to say, believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins on the cross, was buried, and was raised from the dead.
