The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB

In times of stress and anxiety, it's essential to remember God's promise to give us peace. Jesus said, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." John 14:27 WEB

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of peaceful sleep. We ask You to dissolve all thoughts of stress and anxiety, and to fill his/her mind with Your peace. Help him/her to cast all anxieties on You, knowing that You care for him/her. Grant him/her a good night's rest and renewed strength for the coming day. We pray for this in Jesus Christ our Lord. Thank you for all you do for us. For all through Jesus we can approach you. Amen.

Be encouraged, knowing that God cares for you and wants to give you His peace. Meditate on His promises and trust Him to provide the rest you need. If you continue to struggle with sleep, consider seeking medical advice and maintain a consistent daily routine that prioritizes adequate time for sleep. God bless you.
