We understand that you're seeking peaceful sleep and freedom from stress and anxiety. We stand with you in prayer, calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to God, as it is written: "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as He Himself taught: "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." (John 16:23 WEB)
In times of stress and anxiety, remember the words of the Apostle Paul: "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks peaceful sleep and freedom from stress and anxiety. We ask that You, the God of all comfort, comfort their heart and mind through Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB). Grant them the supernatural peace that only You can give, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of anxiety, stress, or insomnia, and we ask that You fill their nights with peaceful sleep and their days with joy and strength. Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful, and He cares for you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. As the Psalmist wrote: "I will lay me down in peace and sleep, for you, LORD, alone keep me in safety." (Psalm 4:8 WEB)
Stand firm in your faith and continue to call upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord, the Son of God who became man who died and rose again for our sins, and believe in Him, then you shall be saved (John 3:16, Romans 10:9 WEB).
