Peaceful Sleep

Dear Lord Jesus and Father God, 

please help me to relax and sleep tonight, last night was a terrible night of fears and distresses, I am afraid to sleep because I am indoors now and I associate indoors with horror and hurt and I am not used to it and so I am suffering.

Please help me to forgive myself and others and not spend the night reliving everything.

Please help me to relax and write my bad memories and feelings down.
