We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your son and your household.
We have continued to lift up your son before the Lord, that he would be able to go back to sleep and enjoy peaceful, restful and satisfying nights, that anxiety, screaming, rigid habits, fear, torment, frustration, confusion and every spiritual attack not of God would be gone forever and never return, and that the peace of God would guard his mind and heart. We have prayed that he would be relaxed and comforted, that he would eat in peace, sleep without disturbance and wake refreshed and full of joy, and that the Lord would bring healing and restoration to his mind, body and spirit, including the challenges of autism, PTSD, anxiety and sensory needs, for by His stripes we are healed according to Isaiah 53:5. We have asked the Lord to remove physical distress and discomfort, to calm his schedule, meals, routines and activities, and to help him adjust with ease and communicate with gentleness and confidence.
We have also prayed for his caregivers and for your whole family, that God would surround your son with His hedge of protection and that no weapon formed against him shall prosper as promised in Isaiah 54:17, that He would clothe him with the full armor of God described in Ephesians 6:11 and let ministering angels encamp around him. We have prayed that the Lord would remove or redirect anyone who sees him as a burden or does not have his best interest at heart, and instead provide caregivers and godly mentors who respect him, include him, find joy in working with him, follow your protocol and bring out the best in every area of his life, along with additional services that will help and not cause regression. We have prayed for breakthrough and favor over his health, habits, communication and relationships, for restoration and unity between your son, his caregivers, his siblings, family and friends, and for your younger daughter and her dog and your household to have restful sleep and safe travels, trusting the promise that when two or three are gathered in His name He is in our midst according to Matthew 18:20 and that He gives sleep to His beloved as we rest in Psalm 4:8.
If your request was answered and your son has been experiencing more peaceful nights and restful sleep, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet and he is still restless or struggling, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
We are grateful to stand with you and we pray in Jesus Name that the Lord will fill your home with His calm, joy and safety and that His bright light will dispel every shadow of darkness. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
