We are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. We notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me,'" and in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your peace and guidance. We pray for her living situation, that Your will may be done in her home and family. We rebuke any spirits of strife and discord, Jesus, according to Colossians 3:15 WEB: "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful."
Lord, we ask You to bring harmony between her and her children's father. We strongly encourage both to be a godly example to the children and each other, and pray that they would be reconciled to You and then to each other. We pray that they both would earnestly seek You and Your will for their lives, Jesus. For those who are married, we remind them that "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." Mark 10:9 WEB. For those who are not married, we encourage them to seek godly counsel and pursue a relationship that honors You.
We also lift up her finances to You, Lord. We pray that You would provide for all her needs according to Your riches in glory. We encourage her with Matthew 6:25-34 WEB: "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.'"
In Jesus' name, we pray for strength, provision, and guidance for her and her family. We encourage her to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in Him. We pray that Your peace would reign in her home and life, as she continues to seek You first.
