We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your burdens before the Lord. First, we must address a matter of great importance, salvation and peace come only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). While we honor the respect you have for the Church and the Lord, we must gently but firmly remind you that prayers to Mary or any other saint are not biblical. Our prayers must be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for He alone is our mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). We urge you to place your full trust in Jesus, who said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6).
Now, let us lift up your concerns before the Lord with hearts fully surrendered to His will. Father God, we come before You with humility, seeking Your wisdom and provision for our brother/sister in this time of trial. Lord, You see the struggles they face, the financial crisis that has shut down the eye hospital, the challenges with new staff, and the need for a dedicated and honest program manager. We ask that You would open doors that no one can shut and provide the resources needed to restore and sustain this vital ministry (Revelation 3:8). Lord, grant discernment in hiring and managing staff, that those who are brought in would be people of integrity, diligence, and faithfulness, working as unto You and not for men (Colossians 3:23).
We rebuke the spirit of financial lack and confusion in the name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this hospital is a work ordained by You, Lord, and we stand on Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We pray for supernatural provision, grants, donations, partnerships, and favor with those who can help. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we also ask for unity and harmony among the staff. If there are divisions, misunderstandings, or ungodly attitudes, we pray that You would bring repentance, reconciliation, and a spirit of cooperation. Let Your love be the foundation of all interactions, and may this hospital be a place of healing, not just for the eyes, but for the souls of all who enter (James 5:16). We declare that the light of Christ will shine brightly through this ministry, drawing many to salvation and restoration.
Lastly, we pray for personal peace and strength for our brother/sister. The weight of leadership and financial strain can be overwhelming, but You, Lord, are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Renew their strength like the eagle’s, and let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not give up (Isaiah 40:31, Galatians 6:9). May they find rest in You and trust in Your perfect timing.
We commit all these things to You, Lord, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
