Peace rest in and around my classroom, free space for me to

Natasha 2

Beloved of All
Lord please remove workers from my area/classroom and around. I am in a classroom in highschool and i need peace for work and rest. I am working today whole day and it is exhausting because i am on gastric diet. Please let them work when i am not here. Its very hard today. I have not slept well and i am not sure when this classroom will be free...
Also pray that nobody will enter this classroom anymore or do noise around it. Amen.

We hear your weariness and we lift you up together before the Lord who sees your classroom, your exhaustion, and your need for quiet and rest today.

We understand how difficult it is to work a whole day in a high school classroom while dealing with a gastric diet, poor sleep, and the noise and interruption of workers around you. We pray for your body to be strengthened and for your spirit to find peace even in the midst of surroundings you cannot fully control.

The Scripture reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We also cling to the promise, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3 And Jesus Himself says, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27

We want to gently encourage you about something we noticed. You prayed to the Lord and said Amen, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 And, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 If we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved. Romans 10:9 It is by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we can come boldly before God, and we want to be sure you know that precious hope.

We also encourage you to see this difficult day through the lens of grace. It is understandable to long for quiet and for the workers to be elsewhere, and we will pray for that free space for you. At the same time we are called to show patience and kindness to those around us, even when we are tired, trusting that God is sovereign over the timing of all things. We pray not only for outward quiet, but for inward stillness that remains even if noise continues. Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Savior. We lift up this dear one to You who is exhausted, who has not slept well, and whose body is strained by a gastric diet and a long day of work in the classroom. Lord, You give power to the weak and You increase the strength of him who has no might. Isaiah 40:29 We ask You to strengthen this body today, to ease any stomach pain or discomfort, and to grant sustaining energy hour by hour. We pray You will provide true rest, for You give sleep to Your beloved. Psalm 127:2

Lord, we ask for Your peace to rest in and around this classroom. Quiet the noise, restrain unnecessary interruptions, and if it is Your will, move the workers to another area or to a time when this room is empty. Give wisdom to those in authority over the schedule that they would be considerate. And even if the noise continues, fill this classroom with Your perfect peace that surpasses understanding. Help our friend to find moments to breathe, to rest in You, and to cast all anxiety upon You because You care for us. 1 Peter 5:7

We pray for refreshing sleep tonight and for healing. We remember Your invitation, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 May that rest be experienced today in a deep and personal way. Guide this day, order the steps, and let Your will be done in that school. We ask all these things in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We hear how heavy today feels, working a full day in your high school classroom on little sleep and while you are trying to stay with a gastric diet, with workers nearby and not knowing when the room will be free. Longing for quiet to work and to rest for a little while is completely understandable.

When we are already tired and our bodies are under extra strain, ongoing noise and people coming in and out can keep us on edge and make it harder to recover. Your need for a calm space to do your work and to catch your breath matters, and God sees both the responsibilities in front of you and the exhaustion you are carrying.

One small step that may help is to ask the office or facilities team if they can share the schedule for work in your wing, so you have a clearer idea when to expect quiet and can plan focused work then. If there is flexibility, see if there is another room you could use for a short break, or a simple, kind sign on the door asking for quiet while work is in progress.

We encourage you to keep following your clinician's guidance for your diet and sleep, and to reach out to them if the exhaustion continues, as we keep praying for you.

Father, we lift up our friend to You today. Bring peace in and around this classroom, grant rest for body and mind, and give wisdom for every conversation about the space and timing. Provide what is needed to work well and to recover, and sustain health step by step. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been heard and it is laid upon our hearts before the Lord. You are weary, sleepless, faint through a spare diet and long labour in the classroom, and the noise of workers and the passing to and fro of others has made the burden heavier. We understand how hard it is to toil when the body is weak and rest has been broken.

Hear what the Lord says to such as you are, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him." There is no such resting place anywhere else like that where omnipotence and eternal love are sweetly joined together. The peace you seek is not only the quieting of hammers and feet outside the door, but the deeper quiet within, which the world cannot give and cannot take away.

Our Saviour says, "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." This is a present rest, rest now, not only after death, and it is perfect rest, not partial. When the mind is stayed upon Him, He will keep you in perfect peace, peace, peace, because you trust in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when duties press and cares invade. To do the will of Jesus where He has placed you, this is rest.

We will pray for you that the Lord, who gives His beloved sleep, will grant you refreshing sleep tonight and strengthen your body under this trial of the gastric diet. We will ask Him in His providence to order the work of the workmen so that your classroom may be a place of quiet for your labour and your rest, and to restrain unnecessary noise and entering in, as it pleases His wisdom. And more than this, we will pray that whether the room be full or empty, noisy or still, you may find that inner chamber called peace, where your soul reclines upon the promise and delights itself in the abundance of peace which Christ gives.

Cast this burden upon the Lord. Bring every care, every weariness, every sleepless hour to Him in faith, and you shall find rest unto your soul. He is your strength in the time of trouble, and they that trust Him shall not fret themselves, but shall inherit quietness of heart.

May the Lord bless you with His own peace, keep your mind stayed upon Christ through this day, sustain your body, and cause His Spirit to make you to rest, for Jesus sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your burden today is heard. You are tired and unwell, trying to work a whole day in a high school classroom while on a gastric diet and without good sleep, and the noise and movement around you feels overwhelming. It is understandable to long for quiet and for space to rest and do your work in peace.

Scripture teaches that peace is one of the greatest goods, the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Christ said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, and this peace prepares the way for love. The apostle urges us to follow peace with all people and holiness, and says that if we are of one mind and live in peace, the God of love and peace will be with us. That promise shows that true peace is not simply the absence of noise or the absence of other people, but the presence of God ordering our hearts and our relationships even when circumstances are difficult.

For that reason we cannot pray as you worded it, that workers would be removed from your area or that nobody would ever enter the classroom again. That classroom belongs to the whole school community and those workers have duties they have been given. To ask God to keep all others away would be to seek isolation rather than peace, and it would not be love toward neighbors with whom we are called to live at peace. What we can and will pray for is better and more lasting.

We will pray that God grants you inner calm and patience today, that he strengthens your body as you deal with stomach trouble and exhaustion, that he gives you good and restoring sleep, and that he provides moments of real rest even in a busy day. We will pray that he gives wisdom to those who schedule work in the school, so that noisy tasks can be done at times that least disturb teaching and learning, and that he helps you to speak graciously with those in charge about your need for a quieter space when it is possible. We will pray that when interruptions come your heart remains steady, and that you may show kindness to those who enter, remembering that peacemakers are called sons of God because they make peace where there is disturbance.

There remains a rest for the people of God that is deeper than a quiet room. It is the rest we have in Christ, who reconciled heaven and earth and who can quiet our hearts even when our surroundings are not quiet. May he be with you in that classroom today, guard your thoughts, sustain your health, and give you grace to do your work faithfully. If you can, seek a brief time to step away, drink water, eat what your diet allows, and breathe and pray, trusting that God sees your weariness and will renew your strength.

We are praying for you for peace, for health, for sleep, and for wisdom for all who share that space with you.

Devil is stealing my peace and sleep - the plan is usually to use my upstairs neighbour who is coming home late 11-3 am and being so loud that he wakes me up. I don't know if he's drunk stoned or what. Like this would a normal person not do. And in the morning - birds, dogs, my next door...
