Peace, please

As I glance through the prayer requests today Lord I see many people struggling with money shortages, family worries.  My own journey continues to find me walking with my Mom as her mind and body grow weak and forgetful.  

My own struggle with my brother continues to be very tentative.  We contacted state officials concerning his anger.  They said there was nothing that could be done unless he raised a hand to her.  It's her home, I'm just a guest so the raised fist in my face is to be forgotten.

help me deal with the fear that invades my chest daily, the regret as I answer the same question that Mom asked two minutes ago.  

Guide and guard my steps, help me find more opportunities to commune with you.
