Peace for sleep, food for healing, hormon heal

1) I ask you to pray for peace in my building (and around it) because I need rest and sleep and meditation with God. I really need it. I had stressful winter holidays and I was sick yesterday probably because of all the burdens and obligations. I had a really bad stomach virus 2 days ago and now I am healing/much better but please pray.

2) for guidance what and when to eat and drink to heal completely

3) please pray that I will find the way that my upstairs neighbour will stop harassing me with different kinds of noises at different times of the day and night. I don't know what to do anymore. He has been ignoring me for years. And people in my building and the representative of tenants don't care obviously until they are not affected. Lord, please my need for silence and sleep at night and in the afternoon is crucial for my health. I live a pretty stressful life due to my circumstances. LORD PLEASE GUIDE ME AND GIVE ME VICTORY!! That I may overcome the evil of this world, amen!!

4) pray that I will heal emotionally and physically from whatever it is that is causing delay in my menstrual cycle, it should be over because I am ### but it appears like in traces every now and then. Lord bring the best and most loving outcome in this matter in Jesus name!!

We also lift up your physical healing, asking the Lord to guide you in what to eat and drink to strengthen your body. In 3 John 1:2, it is written, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."* Father, we ask that You lead her to nourishing foods and pure water that will restore her strength. Give her wisdom to care for her body as Your temple, and may her healing be complete.

The harassment from your neighbor is a heavy burden, and we rebuke the spirit of disturbance and discord in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for divine intervention—whether through changed hearts, wise authorities, or supernatural protection. Lord, give her favor with those who can help, and if confrontation is needed, grant her courage and grace to address it with wisdom. You are her defender, and we trust You to bring justice and quiet to her home.

Regarding your menstrual cycle, we pray for complete healing and restoration. The body is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we ask God to realign any hormonal imbalances or emotional stresses contributing to this delay. We declare wholeness over you, trusting that the Lord will bring clarity and healing in this area. If there are deeper emotional wounds or anxieties, we ask that He reveal and heal them, for He is the Great Physician.

Finally, we want to gently remind you that true victory comes through Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Him, for He promises rest to those who come to Him weary and burdened (Matthew 11:28). Let Him be your refuge in this storm.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, asking for Your mercy and grace to overflow in her life. Bring peace to her home, healing to her body, and wisdom to her steps. Silence the disturbances, restore her health, and fill her with Your presence. May she experience Your love in tangible ways and walk in the victory that is already hers through Christ Jesus.
