We understand that you're feeling anxious and in need of healing. First, we want to remind you that God cares about your feelings and wants to help you through this. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written, Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
However, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious and is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You tell us to cast all our anxieties on You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We ask that You take away any feelings of worry and fear, and replace them with Your perfect peace.
We also pray that You heal any emotional, physical, or spiritual ailments that may be causing this anxiety. We trust in Your promise that You came that we may have life, and may have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB).
Help our brother/sister to fix their mind on You and trust in You, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is always with you, and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him. Trust in Him, and He will give you peace and healing. The next time you pray also remember to do so in Jesus name. It is the only way to God. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide you through this difficult time. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
