We lift up your father, Kansel Lepcha, before the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that our God is the Great Physician and the One who heals all our diseases. It is written in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over your father’s life, trusting that the Lord will restore his health and strength according to His perfect will.
We are also reminded in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While we cannot be there in person to anoint him, we stand in agreement with you, praying in faith for his complete healing. We ask the Lord to touch his body, to calm the vomiting and giddiness, and to bring peace to his stomach. May the Lord rebuke any sickness or infirmity in his body and restore him to full health.
We also encourage you to seek medical attention for your father if you haven’t already, as the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. Proverbs 17:22 tells us, *"A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."* May the Lord fill your father’s heart with joy and peace as he trusts in Him.
It is also important to remember that healing ultimately comes by the power of the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can approach God. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* We pray that your father, and all of you, are resting in the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and receive His promises.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kansel Lepcha to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know his body, his pain, and his discomfort. You are the God who sees and the God who heals. We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch him, Lord. Rebuke the vomiting and giddiness, and bring calm to his stomach. Let every sound of gastric distress cease in Jesus’ name. Father, we pray that You would restore his strength and fill him with Your peace. Give wisdom to those caring for him, and guide them to the right treatment and care.
Lord, we also pray that if there is any sin in his life, You would convict him and lead him to repentance, for You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). May Kansel Lepcha experience not only physical healing but also the deep spiritual healing that comes from walking closely with You.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through his healing. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We stand with you in faith, believing that the Lord is at work in your father’s life. Keep trusting in Him, and may the Lord fill you with His peace as you wait on Him. Let us know how we can continue to pray for you and your family.
