Patience--NOT!!

I hear all this about patience, getting into a better situation, or waiting to get out of a bad one.But I'm not a fan of patience. When most people go back to work on Monday,do you think 99% ofthem "can't wait" for Friday to come again? When someone is getting a dental procedure,do you think they "can't wait" until it's over, or do they wish it would last longer because they're" patient?"Or the same if you're waiting for a good thing, and it's a long ways in the future, and the time seems to be dragging? You would have to be a masochist to hope the time keeps dragging, and doesn't speed up.Come on. It's easy for others not in the situation to pass judgement on those who are.As for,"It will happen in Gods time", remember, God is up there in Heaven ,while you're the one down here dealing with the bad situation, which is dragging on.So I'm no fan of patience. But if you guys, while getting a root canal, hope the session takes 3 hours instead of one, because you're " "patient", be my guest. As for me, I've had enough "waiting" for things,I would like to speed things up if they're to my benefit.Amen.

Yeah, but besides waiting, the injustice of it, that these obstacles occur that push it back even further.Like, dissapointments. It's about preferences, if the thing you far prefer to the present circumstances always seems distant, I mean we all have preferences, and would rather things go a certain way than another.I don't see where the Bible says it's a sin to prefer a certain set of circumstances to another.
Mathew 17v20
He replied, "Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
1 John 5 v14
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
God's plan and will and pace much better than our own

So next time you guys are having a root canal,I want you to sit there thinking how wonderful it is, and that you hope it drags on even longer.
Have waited at the doctors for 4 hours before they realised the doctor had not seen me, I thank God for building me up with patience, after seeing the doctor they told me to go to get blood test at the lab as I did.. I waited patiently and even posted a prayer request on here after 4 weeks nothing so took a week off work fasted and prayed and got healed never got my results, God's plan worked out way better.. during that time waiting for results and nothing happening God kept me busy..
I have no problem waiting for hours on end, God keeps me busy, let the Lord teach you how to enjoy that time with Him

No I meant while getting the root canal, being it's not a "fun" experience, someone would have to be a masochist to hope it drags on longer than expected....another circumstance, I drive people, and sometimes, if I get stuck on something, and I have another appointment that I'm getting borderline late for, that's another issue.Sometimes something takes longer than expected at a time when you're tight for time, that's another issue.

Psalm 55:22
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

1 Peter 5 : 7
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

So, in such difficult situations or in situations trying your patience if you follow the above verses, God is faithful to answer you immediately. He will take care of it and He will not allow you to suffer.
This is my experience.

Let God adjust your plans, and he will, God can change your daily routine, if you just let him he will, nothing is impossible with God,
Let God help you manage your time to His schedule even if you have a root canal, you can ask him to delay other appointments, and he will..
Look at all these great verses from the word being posted, we are all getting blessed with them so let's all meditate on them, let them be our source of daily bread too, what an awesome God!!

Yeah, that has happened, I had "scheduling conflicts" that seemed impossible to "wiggle around", put in prayer requests{and also God knows my thoughts, what I was concerned about}and something changed to my benefit! So in those cases, I post a praise report.

Dear Lord, Today, I humbly come before You asking for a peaceful heart and a calm mind. I don’t want to be overcome by negativity or easily affected by the things I see and read. When my patience is being tested, remind me and my husband to pause, breathe, and trust in You. Lord, please protect...

I am in a season of singleness, and praying for the Lord for my future Godly husband. I am praying in Jesus name for strength and patience in this season, and for finding fulfilment in Him. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Can be tough working with ungodly people. I’m not nit-picky; I love all people, but when they blast the stupid rap music that you’re forced to listen to, I find it disrespectful.
