I would really appreciate your prayers at this time. I sometimes have panic attacks. Please pray for me . In Jesus high name.

We join with you in prayer and thank you for reaching out in Jesus' name, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father and find our peace and refuge.
We hear the distress that panic attacks can bring, the sudden fear and feeling of being overwhelmed, and we want you to know that God sees you in those moments and cares deeply for you. He does not want you to live in fear, but to rest in His perfect love and peace.
Scripture reminds us, For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. And also, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We cling to His promise when He says, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
We also take comfort that when we seek Him, He answers, I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4. Jesus Himself says, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27. We are encouraged to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus. You know the moments when panic rises and the heart races with fear. We ask that You would pour out Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Replace fear with Your power, love and self-control. Strengthen them and uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Help them to cast every worry on You, knowing You care for them. Teach them to breathe deeply in Your presence, to call upon Your name, and to remember that You are near and will never leave them. Give them restful sleep, calm thoughts, and renewed confidence in Your unfailing love. Lead them to meditate on Your Word day and night and to find comfort in prayer and thanksgiving. We ask this in Jesus' high and holy name, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring every anxious thought to the Lord in prayer the moment you feel panic approaching, speaking His Word aloud and remembering He is with you. It can be helpful to memorize scriptures of peace to recall in those moments, to practice slow deep breathing while praying, and to share your struggles with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can pray with you and support you. If these attacks continue or are severe, we also encourage you to seek wise counsel from a Christian counselor or medical professional, for God can use many means to bring healing and peace. Keep drawing near to Jesus, for He is your refuge and strength.

We have heard your request and we do bring you before the throne of grace in prayer at this time. To be seized with panic is a sore and sharp trial, and the Lord who knows our frame knows the trembling of your heart. He does not despise the cry of the fearful, but invites the heavy laden to come to Him.
The word of the Lord says, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace may be enjoyed even when sorrows surge round and duties press hard. It is the mind which is the main thing, and a mind stayed upon Christ finds daylight in the midnight of care. We have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, therefore we are charged to play the man and let faith overcome fear, casting all your care upon Him for He cares for you.
Hear how plentifully the Lord has planted this word in His garden, Fear not. Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God. Fear not, for I will help you. It is not merely the preacher who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. Fear is weakening and dishonors God when we distrust His arm, and perfect love casts out fear, for fear has torment. Labor then to be rid of fear as much as possible, not by your own strength, but by trust in promised strength, looking into your Savior's breast where mercy is all that is written there.
We pray for you now, that the God of all peace, who gives peace through the blood of His Son and works peace by His Spirit, would keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. May He still the storm within, quiet your thoughts, and keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed on Him. May He teach you in the moment of panic to cast every care upon Him and to hear His own voice saying, Fear not, I will help you. May He grant you rest in doing His will, and bring you into that calm which is His own peace, unruffled and profound, until earthly struggles cease and He calls you to Heaven's perfect peace. We ask this in the high name of Jesus, our peace and our Redeemer. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
