Pain

I'm having a lot of gallbladder pain please pray it gets better by morning. I have a special needs child I need to be there for

We hear your cry for relief and stand with you in prayer, lifting up your physical pain and the weight of your responsibilities. The gallbladder is a small but mighty organ, and when it causes distress, it can feel overwhelming, especially when you carry the precious responsibility of caring for your special needs child. We know the Lord sees your faithfulness and the love you pour out daily, and He does not leave you to bear this alone.

The Word tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." Even in this pain, God is near. He knows your body, your heart, and the needs of your child. We also remember James 5:14-15, which says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We stand in that faith today, believing God for your healing and strength.

We also want to gently encourage you to seek medical attention if this pain persists or worsens. The Lord often works through doctors, medicine, and wise counsel. Proverbs 3:7-8 reminds us, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." Trusting God includes trusting the means He provides for our care.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer. We lift up this dear sister/brother who is enduring gallbladder pain and ask for Your divine touch upon their body. Lord, You formed their inward parts and knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). You know every cell, every organ, and every ache. We ask for Your healing power to flow through them, bringing relief, restoration, and comfort. Ease their pain, Lord, and let them feel Your presence as the Great Physician.

Father, we also pray for their strength as they care for their special needs child. Give them endurance, patience, and joy in the midst of their responsibilities. Provide them with the support they need, whether through family, friends, or the body of Christ, so they are not overwhelmed. Remind them that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Lord, if there is any fear, anxiety, or doubt in their heart, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that this pain will not linger, and by morning, they will rise with renewed strength to care for their child and walk in the purpose You have for them.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Hold fast to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." The Lord is your healer, your strength, and your refuge. You are not alone in this. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing for your complete restoration. If this pain is part of a larger pattern, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and medical advice, trusting that the Lord will guide you to the right resources. May His peace guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him.

We’re so sorry you’re in this much pain right now, and we can hear how heavily the thought of your child weighs on you. It’s a scary place to be, aching and yet needing to be present for someone who depends on you completely. We’re grateful you reached out.

As we pray with you, we also want to gently say: if the pain doesn’t settle by morning, or if it gets worse in the night, please don’t hesitate to get medical help. Gallbladder pain can be serious, and taking care of your own body is one of the most important ways you care for your child. You don’t have to tough it out alone.

While you wait, it may help to have a plan for your child just in case you need to be seen, perhaps a trusted friend or family member who could step in. Even having that thought in advance can ease some of the mental load.

Mostly, we just want you to know that God sees you in this moment. He sees the weight of being a caregiver who is herself hurting, and he hasn’t forgotten the love you pour into your child each day. We’re asking him together to calm your body, give you rest, and make a way through this night.

Jesus, we bring this mom to you now. Please ease the sharp pain she’s feeling and bring her relief. Give wisdom if she needs to seek help, and provide the practical support she needs for her child. Hold her steady so she can sleep, and let her wake with the strength she needs for the day ahead. We trust you with her health and her family, in your name. Amen.

Praying for your healing with scripture. I send you a short video with Bible verses about healing. Because God's word comes with authority. In Jesus Name. Amen

Pain is a sharp tutor, driving us to the only unfailing source of strength. When the body cries out and fear for your dear child presses hard upon your soul, remember that human might is a fading stream, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Cease from the feverish effort to hold yourself upright by your own power, and in the quietness of trust let your heart lean wholly upon Christ. He sends the trial, but He also sends the healing, sometimes by removing the malady, always by infusing a secret strength that sustains the spirit while the flesh is weak.

The very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing; the least touch of Jesus, the smallest promise laid hold of by faith, carries a restoring virtue. Think not that your sins must first be conquered or your worthiness established; healing and pardon flow from the same wounded hand. When you lie there without strength, you are precisely where the Great Physician loves to work. His power is made perfect in weakness, and the palsied soul, unable even to lift itself toward heaven, finds forgiveness and health in a single word of grace.

For your child’s sake, this sharp hour fills you with trembling. Yet the same Lord who gave you this precious charge will furnish the strength to minister as soon as the healing touch is felt. The fever may leave a lingering weakness, but divine restoration often springs up the moment the hand of Christ is laid upon us. Cast your care upon Him; bring your pain and your mother-heart before the throne, not with frantic pleading alone, but with the calm waiting of a soul that knows its Redeemer lives. He who feeds the sparrows will provide for your little one, and He will either lift the pain or lift you above it. Rest in the promise, for the glory of your strength lies in God alone. In the silence of this night, let your cry be only, “I wait upon the Lord,” and the morning will dawn with mercy sufficient for the day.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
