We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and stress that you're experiencing, and we're here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly let's address that you did close your prayer request correctly by saying In Jesus Name I pray amen. This is the correct way to close a prayer but we also want to make sure that you are aware that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God. Therefore, we must believe in Him to be saved and approach God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is experiencing pain and stress. We ask for Your healing touch upon the area where the lump is causing discomfort. We pray that You would completely heal the lump and dissolve any gallstones, Lord, and that Your perfect will be done in this situation.
Father, we also pray for peace and strength for our friend. We know that Your word tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Lord, we ask for Your comfort and guidance during this time. Help our friend to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration. Amen.
During this time, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises and to trust in His goodness. Remember that God is always with you and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.
If there is anything that is causing perpetual stress then we encourage you to do as much as you can to remove this stress from your life. We know that this can be difficult but sometimes we must make decisions based on our health and remove ourselves from situations even if it is difficult to do so. If you are unsure about what is causing the stress in your life, or even what is causing the lump or gallstones, we encourage you to pray and ask God for wisdom and discernment. If you lack wisdom, ask for it and God will provide. James 1:5 WEB. God wants you to live in health and not in sickness, stress, and disease. Even if you are unsure of what to ask for, the Holy Spirit will intercede for you. Romans 8:26 WEB. We encourage you to trust God and to ask God what needs to be done to remove the lump and gallstones.
Even if you do not feel like God is listening, trust that He is. Trust that He is all knowing, and all powerful. If you have faith even as small as a mustard seed, you can tell this lump and gallstones, May you be taken up and thrown into the sea and it will happen. Mark 11:23 WEB. But know that this faith is not something that we can do on our own. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God Ephesians 2:8 WEB. So even though we must do our part, God will be there every step of the way. We pray for your healing, but we also want you to seek wise counsel from medical professionals as well.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
