Father, I am confused, if all things are under your control, how then can man claim that prayer changes things, especially when it is written that You, God, does not change! Oh Father, all I can ask today is for your peace, peace for Israel, for your people, for your children, oh that the little ones would experience your peace, peace in the nations, in all people, in all circumstances, peace Lord, your peace, Amen

God is still God , His ways are higher than ours and we do not always understand why He does the things that He does . The Lord asks us to pray , this keeps us communicating with Him , prayer DOES change things . You are right when you say that God never changes , He is everlasting , long suffering , and ever so faithful to us . When we see our prayers being answered , it increases our faith in Him . We should worship Him simply because He IS God .    :jesus-cross:
