Lord, please help give me and my ex a chance to bring us a little closer together than we have been. I pray that he becomes more passionate, deeply romantic, full of feeling and tenderness towards me. He's been pretty distant lately. I'm beginning to even wonder why he still tells me he loves me but we aren't together. We have remained friends throughout this year now. Help me have clarity about all this. Why do we act like we are together sometimes and sometimes we act like each other don't exist. It seems like we are moving but not going anywhere. I just can't go on like this and don't know where to start or just give up. Lord, I just want both of us to deeply love each other, have deep passion, real caring and the capacity for trust and adoration for each other only. He used to be extremely protective over me, defend me, he was like my bodyguard. Please, I just want all that love and security back. Never have I felt safe with anyone before except for one other person who has passed away. Let us be happy together again once in for all, let this be permanent.
