We come before you with hearts burdened for you, our brother, as we hear the deep frustration and weariness in your words. The struggles you face in seeking employment, the weight of unmet expectations, and the fading hope in your heart are not unseen by our Heavenly Father. Yet we must speak truth in love, for your words reveal a dangerous place where bitterness and unbelief have begun to take root. Let us address these things with the light of Scripture, for God’s Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.

First, we must gently but firmly rebuke the statements that declare there is "no grace" and "no mercy" from God. Such words are not only untrue but are a direct contradiction to the character of our Lord, who is rich in mercy and abounding in lovingkindness. The Psalmist declares in Psalm 103:8, *"Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness."* And again in Lamentations 3:22-23, we read, *"It is because of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness."* Your pain is real, and your wait has been long, but let us not accuse God of faithlessness when He has promised to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). The delay is not denial—God’s timing is perfect, even when we cannot see the purpose in it.

You have also expressed a dangerous resolve to stop praying and to abandon faith in God because His answer has not come in the time or manner you expected. This is a snare of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Jesus warned in Luke 18:1 that *"people ought always to pray, and not to faint."* The apostle Paul exhorts us in Galatians 6:9, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* Giving up on prayer is giving up on the very means by which God strengthens us and aligns our hearts with His will. Do not let discouragement win. Instead, let this season refine your faith, for faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).

We also notice that while you mention "our God" and "Jesus Christ," there is a lack of personal surrender to Christ in your words. Do you know Jesus not just as a means to an end, but as your Lord and Savior? Have you surrendered your life, your plans, and your desires fully to Him? It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18), and it is only in His name that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your complete trust in Jesus for salvation, we urge you to do so now. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Salvation is not about what God can give you, but about who He is to you. He is worthy of your trust, even when the answers tarry.

Now, let us address your specific requests with Scripture and prayer.

You long for a permanent government job, and you have labored and waited for years. We understand the desire for stability and the opportunity to use your profession to glorify God. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* And Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your hard work is commendable, but ultimately, it is God who opens doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray that you would surrender this desire fully to Him, trusting that He knows what is best for you. Perhaps He is preparing you for something even greater than you can imagine, or perhaps He is teaching you to rely on Him rather than on the security of a job. His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9).

You also mention the marriages of your family members, seeking godly spouses who are spiritually mature, professionals, and of good character. We commend you for desiring marriages that honor God, for this is His design. However, we must caution against placing undue emphasis on worldly qualifications such as wealth or professional status. While it is not wrong to desire a spouse who is responsible and hardworking, the most important quality is a heart that seeks after God. Proverbs 31:30 reminds us, *"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised."* Similarly, a man who fears the Lord is to be valued above all else. We pray that your family would seek first the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33) and trust that He will provide spouses who are after His own heart.

You also mention your own desire for marriage after your family member is married. We encourage you to seek a spouse who is a believer, for 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* Marriage is a covenant before God, and it is vital that both partners are committed to following Christ. We pray that God would prepare you and your future spouse for a marriage that glorifies Him, and that you would both be sanctified and drawn closer to Him through your union.

Your desire to buy a house and run a dental clinic to glorify God is a noble one. However, we must remember that our security is not in possessions or careers, but in Christ alone. Matthew 6:19-21 tells us, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* If God provides these things, it is for His glory and for the advancement of His Kingdom. We pray that He would give you wisdom in stewardship and that your clinic would indeed be a place where His love and truth are shared.

For your family member seeking a homeopathy or government job, we lift her up to the Lord, asking that He would open doors of opportunity and provide for her needs. We pray that she, too, would trust in God’s timing and seek first His Kingdom.

Finally, your desire to provide employment and education to the poor is a beautiful reflection of God’s heart for the needy. Proverbs 19:17 says, *"He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh; he will reward him."* We pray that God would give you the resources and wisdom to be a blessing to others, and that through your generosity, many would come to know His love.

Now, let us pray together for you and your family:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude that You hear our prayers and that You care deeply for each of us. Lord, we lift up our brother to You, who is weary and discouraged in his waiting. Father, forgive him for the words spoken in frustration, and renew his heart with the truth of Your unfailing love and mercy. Remind him that You are not slow concerning Your promises, but patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Lord, restore his faith and help him to trust in Your perfect timing.

We ask You, Father, to open the doors that no man can shut for our brother’s employment. If it is Your will, grant him a permanent position where he can use his skills to glorify You and be a witness to those around him. Give him favor in the eyes of those in authority, and let Your grace be evident in his life. If there are delays, help him to trust that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28). Provide for his needs in this season of waiting, and give him peace that surpasses all understanding.

For the marriages of his family members, we pray for godly spouses who love You above all else. Prepare their hearts, Lord, and let these unions be a reflection of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We ask that You would bring these marriages to fruition in Your perfect timing, and that each family member would seek You first in all things.

For our brother’s future marriage, we pray that You would prepare him and his future spouse to be a light in this world. Let their marriage be founded on Your Word and filled with Your Spirit. Give them a heart to serve You together and to raise a godly family if that is Your will.

For the desire to buy a house and run a clinic, we ask for Your wisdom and provision. Let these things be used for Your glory, and let our brother’s work be a testimony of Your goodness. Bless the work of his hands, Lord, and let him be a blessing to many.

For his family member seeking employment, we pray that You would open doors and provide opportunities that align with Your will. Give her patience and faith as she waits, and let her trust in You completely.

Finally, Father, we pray for the desire to help the poor and provide education. Give our brother the resources and the heart to serve others in a way that points them to You. Let his generosity be a fragrant offering before You.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and unbelief that has begun to take root in our brother’s heart. Replace it with faith, hope, and joy in You. Remind him that You are his Provider, his Protector, and his Peace. Let him find his satisfaction in You alone, not in the things of this world.

We ask all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Brother, we urge you to hold fast to your faith. Do not let the enemy steal your joy or your trust in God. He is faithful, even when we cannot see the way forward. Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting. God has not forgotten you. He sees your struggles, and He is working in ways you cannot yet see. Cling to Him, for He is your strength and your portion forever.

We also encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily. Let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. Surround yourself with believers who can encourage you and pray with you. And remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Put on the full armor of God, and stand firm in your faith.

We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will move mightily in your life. Do not give up. Your breakthrough is coming. Trust in the Lord, and lean not on your own understanding. He will never fail you.

Dear Brother,

We've been praying for you and your requests, and we want to encourage you with some thoughts and prayers.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's unfailing love and mercy. Psalm 100:5 says, "For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations." Even in the face of delays and unmet expectations, we can trust that God's love for you is constant and true.

Regarding your job situation, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's perfect timing. In Ecclesiastes 3:1, we read, "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." We believe that God has a perfect plan and time for your permanent job position. Keep seeking Him, and trust that He will open the right doors at the right time.

For your family's marriages, we pray that God would grant you and your family members godly spouses who will honor Him and bring glory to His name. We trust that God knows the desires of your hearts and will provide according to His will (Psalm 37:4).

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face in this waiting period. Use this time to draw closer to Him, to grow in your faith, and to prepare your heart for the blessings that are to come. As Psalm 27:14 says, "Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."

Let's continue to pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up our brother and his requests to you. We thank you for your unfailing love and mercy, which sustains us in every situation.

Lord, we ask you to grant our brother the permanent job position that he has been longing for. We trust that you have a perfect plan and timing for his career, and we ask that you would open the right doors at the right time. Give him favor in the eyes of those in authority, and let your grace be evident in his life.

We also pray for the marriages of our brother's family members. We ask that you would provide godly spouses who will honor you and bring glory to your name. Prepare their hearts, Lord, and let these unions be a reflection of Christ and the Church.

We pray for our brother's own future marriage. We ask that you would prepare him and his future spouse to be a light in this world. Let their marriage be founded on your Word and filled with your Spirit. Give them a heart to serve you together and to raise a godly family if that is your will.

For the desire to buy a house and run a dental clinic, we ask for your wisdom and provision. Let these things be used for your glory, Lord, and bless the work of our brother's hands.

For his family member seeking employment, we pray that you would open doors and provide opportunities that align with your will. Give her patience and faith as she waits, and let her trust in you completely.

Finally, Lord, we pray for the desire to help the poor and provide education. Give our brother the resources and the heart to serve others in a way that points them to you. Let his generosity be a fragrant offering before you.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting, keep seeking, and keep praying. God is faithful, and He will not fail you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your heartfelt requests before the Lord these past few days. Your transparency about the deep struggles in your faith journey has moved us, and we have been earnestly praying for you—not just for the breakthroughs you seek in your career, family, and future, but also for the restoration of your trust in God’s goodness and timing.

We understand how wearying it can be to wait, especially when the answers seem delayed and the burdens feel heavy. The longing for a permanent position, the weight of providing for your family, and the desire to see God’s glory revealed through your work and relationships are not small things—they matter deeply to Him. We continue to ask the Lord to open the doors you’ve been knocking on, whether in government service, academia, or the medical field, and to grant you favor in every interview and opportunity ahead. May He make a way where there seems to be no way, and may His timing—though different from ours—prove to be perfect in ways we cannot yet see.

We also lift up your family’s needs before the Father: for good health, for the right godly matches in marriage, for the provision of a home and clinic, and for your family member’s own career breakthroughs. These are not just practical needs but opportunities for God to display His faithfulness. We pray He would surround you all with His peace as you wait, and that He would renew your strength when discouragement creeps in.

Most of all, we are praying for your heart. We ask the Lord to meet you in this place of doubt and frustration, to remind you that His silence is not absence and His delays are not denial. He sees your hard work, your sacrifices, and even your anger. We pray He would replace your weariness with a fresh sense of His presence, and that you would encounter His mercy in ways that rebuild your faith—not because of what He gives, but because of who He is.

If you’ve seen even the smallest glimmer of hope—an interview callback, a sense of peace, or a shift in your spirit—we’d love to rejoice with you. If the wait continues, we want you to know we are still here, standing with you in prayer. You are not alone in this, and your requests are not too small or too big for our God.

Let us keep trusting together, even when it’s hard. We are believing for your praise report—for the day you can look back and say, “God was working all along.” Until then, we will keep praying, keep hoping, and keep pointing you to the One who holds your future.

In Jesus’ name.
