I have testimony:
"Just want to say thank you God for freeing me from having BDD. I am glad that I no longer look at other girls and compare their heights and their faces to my own. Glad that I no longer feel afraid to look through the mirrors and that I don't constantly look through them everywhere I go or worry about what I see. Glad I don't ruminate about how I look anymore and how to change my appearance. Glad that I have been able to be happy with my appearance now and one thing I ask you my God is if it is best let me know through wisdom and if it is right then help me to hold onto this and not think about changing my appearance. Thank you my God in Jesus name for you have been able to influence my mind and free me completely, maybe this was one of the things that you did from this whole experience. Well done God I am free but still feel like pieces of me are taken so please restore them to me. For OCD and BDD and other mental/ emotional problems are hard to get rid of on your own but you need some motivation and realization as to why you have these conditions but acknowledge you are normal and that you will get through them but I will really confess my Lord has gotten me through phases of OCD and this also a type of OCD known as BDD. So please pray for me and thank the Lord lots and lots for he is wonderful. How quick he did it and wonderfully that you totally forget you had BDD. Amen."
