On weekdays, I work from 9am-###pm.

On weekdays, I work from 9am-5:30pm. There are only 3 persons in my office including myself. The other 2 are ladies. I am the youngest of all of us. Both of them have 'alienated' me and ignore my presence in the office. The older one (Ms ###) totally does not talk to me the whole day and prefers to only communicate by email. The younger lady (Ms ###) comes into the office very early and I usually enter second. The only communication is when I greet her Good Morning; otherwise, she won't even speak to me.

It all started when I failed to inform Ms ### about a work-related problem one day earlier that affected her. That was in the last week of July 2016. When I informed her the next day, she was so angry that she shouted at me in front of Ms ###. She actually started to treat me coldly, I think a couple of weeks earlier, and I do not know what the reason is. I admit my fault and I promised to keep her in the loop for all communications related to her in the future.

It's been around 3 weeks I have been receiving this 'cold treatment'. It puts me under big stress. I have to attend full-day classes on Saturdays and Sundays, and this has further contributed to my stress because I spend less time with my wife who is expected to deliver our first baby in September 2016 (NEXT MONTH!). Also, due to my weekend classes, I can't go to church, and this drains my spiritual strength. I long to feel the presence of God and His love in my life. I know that He is everywhere, but this does not give me much assurance.

The main source of my stress is the 'cold treatment' received in my workplace every day. The second source of my stress is the heavy responsibility and a lot of tasks in my current job. The third source of stress is my weekend classes, but this does not contribute as much as the first and second ones.

I download videos of homilies and sermons so that I can hear them in the car on the way to work and back from work. I prayed for my situation since it started. I have prayed for both Ms ### and Ms ###. I ask God to bless them with wisdom and patience. I forgive them in my heart. I love them. I try to initiate conversations, but all seems useless.

They seem to be very stubborn and still give me the 'cold treatment'. I will continue to pray for them and bless them. But my stress is accumulating, and I feel exhausted spiritually.

I wish that all my brothers and sisters who read this can spend some time to pray for my spiritual health and my stress. I am very very very tired and I just want all these to stop. Thank you for your time reading and your kind thoughts and prayers. God bless.

"The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him." (Nahum 1:7).

"The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." (Deuteronomy 31:8)

"Fear not, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand". (Isaiah 41:10).

He is Faithful to His Word. Trust in Him in all things. I am praying for and with you.

Dear Lord, if precious ### is not connected to Your church, may he do so as we ask this in Your mighty name, Jesus, amen.

13 Those who are planted in the house of the LordShall flourish in the courts of our God. -Psalm 92:13

23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised isfaithful. 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. -Hebrews 10
