All Christians who really love the Lord with all their heart, mind and soul should not worry, nor fear of the coming destruction and desolation to earth due to the rise of sin and evil. Just as Sodom and Ghommorrah were deep in sin and they refuse to repent, horrible things shall come to sinners first and then to the whole world. It is the beginging, it is the start of what Jesus said. Heaven and earth shall pass away..... What this really mean? Where the human race are heading now? All I can say is this. Draw closer to God and God will draw closer to you. Nothing we owe in this world, everything is borrowed and it will stay here on earth when we depart to our eternal home in heaven. The deepest desire of everyone of us is this. To see the smiling face of our wonderful, faithful and true Savior and Lord Jesus Christ waiting for us at the gates of heaven to welcome us and be with forever and ever. Amen

All Christians should obey the advice of Jesus, remain on the alert and PRAY for strength to escape all that’s about to come and stand before The Son of Man.

Luke 24:33 “Heaven and earth will pass away, BUT MY WORDS will never pass away. 34 But watch yourselves, or your hearts will be weighed down by dissipation, drunkenness, and the worries of life—and that day will spring upon you suddenly like a snare. 35 For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 So keep watch at all times, praying that you may have the strength to escape all that is about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Notice THE WORDS OF JESUS PROVOKE US TO PRAYER and ALACRITY (watchfulness)— not relax us to sedation.

Apparently, Jesus knows our weakness and the power of the evil one during intense spiritual warfare enough to stir us to prayer. We may, like the disciples in the garden, and Peter, think we are ready for what’s coming and The Lord knows we are not.

World News and Christian prophecy have a tendency to wake up the rocking chair believers to a place of attention — that is the context of “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will not pass away.”

Exactly — and what did Jesus prescribe for that period? Do we remember His point (on what we should do when we hear about and experience the things that He has prophesied coming to pass)?

"But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man” (Luke 21:36).

1. Pray for strength to escape all that’s about to come upon the face of the whole earth.

2. Pray for strength to stand before the Son of Man

Matthew 24 : 21 For there shall be tribulation, such as war not since the beginning of the world to this time nor ever shall be.
Jesus we need You more than ever before. Forgive me for I am a sinner.

I'm ready willing and able to withstand anything that is about to happen. As a matter of fact I look forward to it.

Please pray for the Church to pray for its leaders and to “pray for the strength to escape all that is about to come and stand before the Son of Man” (Jesus, Luke 21:36). Thank you.
2 Corinthians 5 : 10 - for we all must appear before the judgement seat of Christ, so that each of us May receive what is due for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
It's not a matter of escaping from what is coming it's a matter of enduring what is coming.
Lord God I lift all within the body of Christ up to you and ask You to give us the strength and stamina to withstand the trials and tribulations that are yet to come. Amen

Greetings Intercessor, in God's Love. You stated;
Notice THE WORDS OF JESUS PROVOKE US TO PRAYER and ALACRITY (watchfulness)— not relax us to sedation.
I believe the point being made is to focus on God not war. Being Christian requires labor and understanding. It most certainly is not relax to sedation. One must keep the inner-torch lit at all times. We are talking about a solid Christian walk. Pray, stay vigil.... not on war but on the Love of Jesus. If one Loves Jesus, the Holy Spirit will speak to you. Now my emphasis is on Agape. Jesus will not forsake us. It is a foregone conclusion that the earth will pass. Even scientists will tell us that. But I will keep my innerlight lit with Love and not trouble myself with worry about the endtime prophecy. Jesus wont forsake my Love and He will honour my righteous walk.
I have nothing but Love for all of you but I will respectfully focus on Love not fear. Perfect Love cast away fear. So in my humble opinion you cannot scare people to Jesus. But if one is filled with Agape he/she will be ready for Jesus.
With Love and sincere respect to all. ❤
