On our final years on earth.

As everyone knows, Jesus is at the door and He want us all home in heaven. Old age, sickness and the color of our hair tell us that wonderful day is approaching faster than we think.

Let us all turn to the Lord in our final years, loving Him with all our heart, mind and soul.
May we live these wonderful years peacefully, lovingly and serving the Lord in whatever positions He has given.
Grant us, o Lord, courage and endurance when the days seem long and tedious. In You alone are our eyes set.
May I see in You, o Lord, those who care for me the touch of Your loving kindness.
May angels come down and be my friends.
Help me to be patient with my pains and my worries and never doubt that You are near.
I will try to bring the joy of Your holy presence to those who are with me so they too will sing songs of praise to Your name.
I trust with my whole heart that You will not abandon us in our latter days.
Look upon us with great love and mercy.
Keep assuring us that one sweet day we shall be united with You forever and ever.
