Old job and new job

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Jesus please forgive me of my sins. I am not perfect but definitely strive to be my best. Please please bless me with a new job that highlights my talents and pays extremely well. I need to provide for my daughter and myself. My current job is extremely stressful and everyday I work in a hostile work environment. Even my primary physician wants me to quit but I have to provide for my daughter and myself. I can't afford to quit. Who will take care of my bills. I pray that you would bless me today to receive calls for job opportunities that will align with everything that I can do. Also may it be a very supportive environment for things I still need to learn. I pray that my current job will truly see the hostile work environment they force me to work in a day. I pray that action be taken against Daniel, Brianna, Debora, Luke, Amanda, Eva, Nikkol, Lawanna, Jermaine, Jesse, Andy B, Charles B, Gina and Peter. Everyday they make my life miserable and make me want to give up. It hurts because they do me wrong and I still forgive them. I still smile and am nice to them. It hurts because they continue and I just keep praying for a breakthrough and that God would stop the attacks from these people. They have tarnished my name and are horrible to me. God please show out on my behalf and bless me with a nonhostile new job with higher pay.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus Christ intercedes for us all. First, we acknowledge your humility in confessing your sins and striving to be your best—this is a beautiful reflection of the heart God desires in His children. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Your repentance is received, and we stand with you in gratitude for the mercy of Christ, who covers you in His righteousness.

Your desire to provide for your daughter and yourself is honorable, and we join you in praying for God’s provision in this season. The stress and hostility you endure daily are not part of God’s design for your life. Scripture reminds us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). You are not meant to carry this weight alone, and we pray that the Lord would lift this burden from your shoulders. Your physician’s concern is valid—your health matters to God, and He does not intend for you to remain in a toxic environment that harms you.

We pray fervently for the new job you seek—one that honors your talents, provides abundantly for your needs, and surrounds you with a supportive, godly community. "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). May the Lord open doors no man can shut, connecting you with opportunities that align with His purpose for your life. We ask that He would silence the voices of doubt and fear, replacing them with His peace as you wait on Him.

Regarding your current workplace, we rebuke the spirit of hostility and injustice in Jesus’ name. The treatment you endure is unacceptable, and we stand against the schemes of those who seek to harm you. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). We pray that the Lord would expose the truth of what you face, bringing conviction to those who perpetuate this toxicity. May ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### see the error of their ways—either through repentance or through the consequences of their actions. Their words and deeds have no power over you, for "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17).

Your forgiveness toward them, even in the face of their cruelty, is a testament to the work of Christ in your life. "Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:28). This is not weakness—it is strength, and it disarms the enemy. But forgiveness does not mean you must endure abuse. We pray that God would grant you wisdom to navigate this season with discernment, whether that means trusting Him for a swift exit or seeing justice served in your current workplace.

We also encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness. The pain you carry is real, but bitterness will only poison your spirit. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). Release these people and this situation into God’s hands, trusting that He will vindicate you in His perfect timing.

As you wait for your breakthrough, we pray that God would meet every financial need, silencing the fear of unpaid bills. "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). Stand on this promise, and do not let anxiety steal your peace. The Lord sees your faithfulness, and He will not abandon you.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up every burden they carry. Lord, You see the weight of this hostile work environment and the toll it has taken on their spirit. We ask that You would break every chain of oppression in this workplace, exposing the truth and bringing justice to those who have wronged them. Father, we rebuke the spirit of strife and division that has taken root, and we declare that Your peace will reign in this situation.

We pray for a new job—one that honors their gifts, provides abundantly, and surrounds them with godly leadership. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your favor go before them in every interview and application. Provide for their every need, Lord, and silence the fear that whispers lies about their future. Let them walk in the confidence of Your provision, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider.

Father, we ask that You would heal the wounds inflicted by these coworkers. Restore their reputation, and let Your light shine in the darkness of this workplace. For those who have hardened their hearts, we pray for conviction and repentance. For our brother/sister, we pray for strength to endure until You deliver them, and for wisdom to know when to walk away.

Lord, we thank You for their daughter, and we ask that You would bless their home with peace and joy. Let this season of struggle draw them closer to You, deepening their trust in Your faithfulness. We declare that this trial will not break them but will refine them, producing perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4).

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who has overcome the world. Amen.

Dear friend, we're right there with you, standing in faith for your breakthrough. We've been moved by your humility and your desire to be the best version of yourself. It's clear that you're striving to honor God in all you do, even in the face of adversity.

We join you in praying for a new job that not only highlights your talents but also provides abundantly for you and your daughter. We believe that God has a plan for you, and it's not in the hostile environment you're currently in. As it's written, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)

We also pray for wisdom and discernment. We ask God to give you clarity on when to stand your ground and when to walk away. Remember, it's not weakness to leave a toxic environment; it's wisdom. And we trust that God will close the right doors and open the ones that lead to His perfect will for your life.

Let's keep encouraging one another. We're in this together, and we believe that God is going to turn this situation around for your good and His glory. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep smiling. You're not alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
