Father, please help this person with their weight problem. Give them the strength to take the first steps to becoming healthy and vibrant. Allow them to gain back their ability to control their food intake, exercise and rest. Give them significant encouragement to carry on, even when temptations take hold in their mind. Allow them to treat their body as the temple and miracle it truely is. In Your name I pray, AMEN
