Obesity and over weight high blood pressure

We understand that you're struggling with obesity, being overweight, and high blood pressure. We're here to pray and provide guidance according to biblical principles.
Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and you are called to honor God with your body (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). It's encouraging that you and your loved one have been working on losing weight, but remember that God is more concerned with your holistic health and spiritual well-being.
We need to address that there is no need to pray for fat to dissolve as if it can magically disappear. God can do miracles of course, but there is no record of this specific miracle in scripture. Weight loss and health usually require our active participation, and we have to do what we can within the laws of nature God created. In addition, we need to make sure that the word 'unnecessary' is not used as an excuse to avoid losing weight at all. Any fat that is causing or worsening medical conditions is not necessary and should be addressed. Please understand that this is a heart matter, and God wants you to take care of your body while trusting in Him for strength and endurance.
It's also crucial to remember that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We should avoid vague references to God or any other names.

We ask for Your guidance in their journey towards improved well-being, and we pray for healing according to Your perfect plan. Give them the strength to trust in you and do the work that they need to do on their health. In Jesus' name, we pray."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
