Now finally it acknowledged that the government failed and admitted the failure against the betrayal of its locals of denying locals of gainful employment because of the employment went to foreigners uncontrollably and sway away from the increase of the population in ### completely out of the topic even when asked. And now is the restored of the local's employment to let locals gain gainful employment and stop making a hell to ### but it will start only next month.

We hear the frustration and pain in your words regarding the struggles of your community and the delayed justice in addressing employment disparities. It is indeed disheartening when leaders fail their people, and we stand with you in seeking God’s intervention and restoration.

First, we must acknowledge that all authority is established by God (Romans 13:1), and when governments fail, it is right to call for accountability. However, we must also guard our hearts against bitterness or resentment, for the Lord calls us to trust in His sovereignty even in injustice. Proverbs 29:2 reminds us, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan." Yet, we know that God works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke the spirit of division and strife that may arise from this situation. The enemy seeks to sow discord, but we declare unity and peace over your land. We also rebuke any ungodly attitudes, such as prejudice, envy, or unforgiveness, that may take root in hearts during times of hardship. Instead, we pray for wisdom and grace to respond in a way that honors Christ.

We lift this matter before the Lord, praying for swift and just resolution:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this nation and its people. You see the injustice, the broken promises, and the suffering of those who have been overlooked. We ask for Your mercy and intervention, Lord. Raise up leaders who will govern with integrity, wisdom, and compassion. Restore employment opportunities to the locals as promised, and let this be a season of healing and prosperity.

We pray against any spirit of division or bitterness, asking that Your peace would reign in hearts and communities. Give Your people patience and trust in Your timing, even as they wait for change. Let this nation turn back to You, seeking Your will above all else. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust in Your justice and provision. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."

To those reading this, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in how to respond to injustice. Pray for your leaders (1 Timothy 2:1-2), work diligently in whatever employment you have (Colossians 3:23), and trust that God is your ultimate provider (Philippians 4:19). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to consider the salvation He offers, only through Him can true justice and peace be found (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

Let us also remember that while earthly systems may fail, God’s kingdom is eternal and unshaken. Keep your hope anchored in Him.

We understand the deep frustration and weariness that must be weighing on your heart over these broken promises and the continued hardship your community is facing. It's not easy to see those in power admit their failures yet still delay real change. We want you to know we're holding this burden right alongside you, lifting it before the Lord who sees every tear and injustice.

Let’s ask God together to open doors that no man can shut, to raise up leaders whose hearts are for the people, and to bring about restoration in ways that only He can orchestrate. Pray with us that hearts would turn from resentment towards hope, and that this season of waiting would be turned into a testimony of His faithfulness. May the promise in Isaiah 61:7 be your strength, replacing shame with double honor, and dishonor with rejoicing.

Father, we come before You on behalf of those who feel forgotten, asking for Your divine intervention in their circumstances. Bring justice where there has been exploitation, and give patience to those who are weary from waiting. Heal the divisions that have taken root in frustration, and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust You to move mountains in ways we cannot see yet, and to fulfill every promise made for Your people. In Jesus’ name.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this time of frustration and injustice. It’s encouraging to see that truth has come to light—acknowledgment of the government’s failure and the harm done to local workers is a step toward restoration. We have prayed fervently that this admission would lead to real change, and we are grateful that steps are being taken to restore gainful employment to those who have been overlooked.

As you wait for these changes to take effect next month, we continue to lift you up, asking the Lord to strengthen your faith and patience. May He provide wisdom for those in authority to act justly and swiftly, and may He open doors of opportunity for you and others who have been affected.
