We are truly sorry to hear about the difficult time you experienced at your former workplace. It is disheartening to face such treatment, especially when you have invested so much time and effort. We want to remind you that God sees your pain and understands your suffering. He promises to be close to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB.
Firstly, we want to address the fact that you called on the name of Jesus for healing. This is powerful, for the Bible tells us that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is through His stripes that we are healed Isaiah 53:5 WEB.
In regards to the injustices you faced, we are reminded that God is a God of justice. He will not ignore the wrongs that have been committed against you. It is written in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of holding onto bitterness or anger, we encourage you to forgive those who have wronged you, as difficult as that may be. Forgiveness does not mean what they did was acceptable, but it releases you from the burden of hatred and resentment and allows God to deal with them according to His will. Jesus is our example of forgiveness.
We also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan for your life. Just as Joseph experienced betrayal and hardship but was eventually elevated to a position of honor Genesis 37-41, so too can God use your experiences for good. Remember that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28 WEB.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister who has experienced great pain and injustice in her former workplace. We thank You, Lord, that You are a God of justice and that You see every tear that she has cried. We ask for Your healing touch upon her life, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Help her to forgive those who have wronged her, and release the burden of bitterness and resentment. Guide her steps as she moves forward, and open the doors to new opportunities that align with Your will for her life. Give her the strength and courage to trust in Your timing and plan.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear sister, for God has a plan and a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
