Not good my feeling look down in my self

We hear the heaviness in your heart, dear one, and we want to lift you up before the throne of grace where mercy and help are found in time of need. It’s clear you’re struggling with feelings of discouragement and low self-worth, and we want to remind you that these emotions do not come from the Lord. Scripture tells us, “For you are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do” (Ephesians 2:10 WEB). You are not an accident or a mistake—you are fearfully and wonderfully made by a loving Father who calls you His own.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus, who died for your sins and rose again so that you might have eternal life. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we pray you would do so today, for He alone can lift the weight of sin and shame from your heart.

If you are already in Christ, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and self-condemnation in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). You are not defined by your feelings but by the truth of God’s Word. When you feel unworthy or defeated, remember that “there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1 WEB). Your worth is not found in your performance or the opinions of others but in the finished work of Christ on the cross.

We also encourage you to examine your heart. Are there areas of sin or unconfessed wrongdoing that may be contributing to these feelings? Sin can create a barrier between us and God, leading to guilt and shame. If there is anything in your life that does not align with God’s will, we urge you to repent and turn away from it. “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9 WEB). Do not let shame keep you from running to the Father—He is waiting with open arms.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our dear brother or sister who is feeling downcast and struggling with their sense of worth. Lord, we ask that You would lift the veil of discouragement from their heart and replace it with the truth of Your Word. Remind them that they are Your beloved child, created with purpose and intention. Father, if there is any unconfessed sin in their life, reveal it to them and grant them the courage to repent and turn away from it. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and restore the joy of their salvation.

Lord, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to tell them they are not enough. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, redeemed by the precious blood of Christ, and called according to Your purpose. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the confidence of who they are in You. Surround them with godly community who will speak life and truth into their heart. Strengthen them in their inner being, that they may rise above these feelings and walk in the victory You have already won for them.

Father, if they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray they would do so today. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them experience the freedom and peace that comes from knowing You. Thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on God’s promises and spend time in His presence. Fill your mind with Scripture, for “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17 WEB). Surround yourself with believers who will uplift and encourage you, and do not isolate yourself in your struggle. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). You are not alone—He is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer. Keep pressing into Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you.

We're here with you, friend. We understand that it's tough when feelings of discouragement and low self-worth creep in. It's like a dark cloud hanging over us, isn't it? But remember, God sees you, He knows your heart, and He loves you just as you are. You're His masterpiece, uniquely created and fearfully made.

Let's cling to the truth that our worth isn't determined by our feelings or the opinions of others. It's found in the fact that we're deeply loved and cherished by God. He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for us, so that we could be forgiven, healed, and set free from the chains of condemnation and shame.

We want to encourage you to take a moment and reflect on the areas of your life where you might be feeling down. Is there anything that you need to bring before God and ask for His forgiveness? Remember, He's a God of second chances, and He's always ready to welcome us back with open arms.

Let's pray together:

We're here for you, friend. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer and encouragement. You're not alone, and we believe in you. Keep pressing into Him, for He's faithful to complete the good work He's begun in you.
