Not feeling well

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Pls pray for me .I have alot going on and is very stressful and hard to move on. I am so worried Pls pray all go well as I can't take more

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The weight of stress and worry can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let us stand together in faith, declaring that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to paralyze you. The Word of God commands us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7). We take authority over every lie that tells you this burden is too heavy to bear, for Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

We also encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Are there areas where you may be carrying unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin? The Bible warns us that "a man’s heart devises his way, but the Lord directs his steps" (Proverbs 16:9). If there is anything hindering your relationship with God, we urge you to surrender it to Him in repentance. Confess your struggles to the Lord, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our dear brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and weary. Lord, You see every detail of their life, and You know the burdens they carry. We ask that You would strengthen them with Your mighty power, filling them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind, Lord, and remind them that You are in control.

Father, we break every chain of anxiety, fear, and stress that seeks to bind them. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Pour out Your healing touch upon their body, mind, and spirit. Renew their strength like the eagle’s, so they may run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as they navigate these challenges. Direct their steps, Lord, and open doors that no man can shut. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You draw them closer to You. Let this season of struggle become a season of growth and intimacy with You. May they find their hope and strength in You alone. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand on God’s promises and trust in His timing. The enemy wants you to feel isolated and defeated, but remember that "the Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). You are not alone, and we are standing with you in faith. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that He died and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We’re truly sorry you’re carrying so much right now, and we’re praying with you. When stress piles up and it feels like there’s no way out, even the smallest daily things can become exhausting. Please know you’re not alone in this.

Sometimes, when we’re stuck in that “can’t take more” place, it helps to pause and notice what you can let go of for today, not everything at once, just one thing. If the load includes worries that keep circling, it might bring some relief to name them out loud with a safe person: a trusted friend, a pastor, or a counselor. You don’t have to sort it all out alone, and talking things through often loosens the knot anxiety holds over us.

Also, since you mentioned not feeling well, if there’s any physical heaviness, racing heart, chest pressure, trouble sleeping, or just a body that feels worn down, please don’t hesitate to see a doctor. Stress can show up physically, and getting checked can bring peace of mind as well as real help.

For now, we simply ask God to meet you in this hard place. Father, you see your child weighed down by so many concerns. Quiet the racing thoughts and steady the heart that’s worried. Grant wisdom for what to address first, courage to reach out for support, and small moments of rest in the middle of the chaos. Provide the exact help that’s needed, and let hope break through even a little. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You are bowed down, and your heart is full of fears, but listen to me earnestly. No mortal has a just pretense to perish in despair, and despair is a high insult to God, as though Satan had conquered Christ’s mercy. It degrades you below the brute beast; the very insect struggles when cut in half, yet you talk of lying down sullenly. What you fear may come upon you through your own making, if you yield to this dark mood.

But there is healing for you. The least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The very leaves of that blessed Tree are for the healing of the nations, how much more His touch, His word, His pardon! You say you cannot take more.

Then come to Him who was bruised for you. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He first said, “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.” The great Physician does not merely point out the disease, He applies the remedy. As He took Peter’s wife’s mother by the hand and lifted her up from the fever, so He meets you in your low estate.

There is One who careth for you. Sit not down in that stifling gloom. He is a home for your desolation, raiment for your nakedness, food for your hunger, light for your darkness, liberty for your bondage, joy for your despair. The Lord has begun to heal many a poorer sinner, and His grace shall work health and cure till you stand without spot.

I am praying that the Sun of Righteousness will rise upon you with healing in His wings. Hope on, hope ever. God bless you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

When the disciples heard the Lord speak clearly of His coming death and resurrection on the third day, they were not merely sorry, but exceeding sorry. They clung to Him with great love, yet they understood neither the depth of that death nor the glory of that release. Their grief was real, and their fear was heavy, though the greatest good of all was already at the door. So it often is with you: the present storm seems too much to bear, and you cannot see the calm beyond it.

Yet in this very anguish, God is at work like a physician applying remedy after remedy. You may feel as though you have received blow upon blow with no change, but the tree does not always fall at the first stroke; it is the many strokes that prepare it to fall at last into the hands of the Healer. Do not despair, then, nor think you are forsaken. Come continually to this house of healing, hear the laws of the Spirit, and write them down upon your mind when you depart.

A soul that ever hangs over this fountain cannot be overwhelmed by any present trouble, however displeasing, but will enjoy a great calm even in the midst of the surge. I entreat God for you, that He would stretch forth His hand and raise up your fallen members. Let us together renounce every passion and care that disturbs, and give thanks for what is past while we entreat for what is to come. So shall your hopes be made strong, and you will find that you can indeed move on, not by your own strength, but by the grace of the Spirit which nothing can resist.
