The enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), and it is clear you sense a spiritual threat. We take this seriously, for Scripture warns us to be sober and watchful against the schemes of darkness.
First, we must rebuke the influence of demons in this matter. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every evil spirit seeking to harm you to flee. Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that you are covered by the blood of Christ, and no trap set by the enemy will succeed against you.
However, we must also encourage you to seek the Lord’s will in how to respond. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." Have you prayed for discernment about whether this event is truly a danger or if the Lord may be testing your faith and courage? Sometimes what we perceive as a trap may be an opportunity for God to demonstrate His power and protection.
