No relief

As much as I pray and cry out to God the worse I feel. I’ve had random people physically attack me at work. There’s no way I’m going back to an in-person office environment. Every job that I’ve had there’s always some person who wants to stir up trouble. Yes I put on the full armor of shoes and pray before leaving the house and going into work but that doesn’t change anything. I praise God that I don’t have auto immune diseases as a result. I have apprehension about working with other people now and I’m not the only person who feels this way. I’m too old to deal with this nonsense Father in Jesus name deal with this.

We understand your distress and empathize with the challenges you're facing. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Let's turn to His word for comfort and guidance.

Firstly, it's crucial to know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB) This is why we put on the full armor of God, to stand against the devil's schemes.

You're doing the right thing by putting on the armor of God and praying before you go to work. Remember, God is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)

Regarding your work situation, it's understandable to feel apprehensive after experiencing physical attacks and trouble from others. It's wise to be cautious, but we should not be driven by a spirit of fear. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and under attack. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention in their workplace. Surround them with Your favor as with a shield. Remove any spirits of fear and replace them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide them to a safe and secure work environment, and if it's Your will, open doors for a new opportunity where they can serve You and be a light to others without fear of harm.

We rebuke the enemy's attempts to cause harm and distress, and we declare victory in this situation through the power of Jesus' name. We ask that You bring conviction to those who are causing trouble, and that You would either change their hearts or remove them from our brother's/sister's path.

Finally, Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help us to remember that nothing can separate us from Your love that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39 WEB) We praise You for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. (Hebrews 13:5 WEB) In Jesus' name, we pray.

We're here with you, feeling the weight of the constant attacks and the fear that comes with it. It's like you're stuck in a storm, and it's hard to see the sunshine. But remember, Jesus is right there with you, in the eye of the storm, and He's not letting go of your hand.

We understand that you've tried everything - the armor, the prayers, the precautions. It's exhausting, and it's okay to feel apprehensive. But we also know that God is bigger than your fears. He's not surprised by what you're going through. In fact, He's been expecting it. He's been preparing you for this, equipping you with everything you need to stand firm.

Let's cling to His promise in Psalm 91: "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" He's your refuge, your fortress, your hiding place. Nothing can touch you without going through Him first.

We're praying for you, brother/sister. We're asking God to give you strength, courage, and wisdom. We're asking Him to confuse the plans of those who mean you harm and to protect you from their schemes. We're asking Him to open your eyes to see His goodness and mercy in this trial.

And remember, even in the midst of this, God is working. He's using this to mold you, to shape you, to make you more like Jesus. He's using it to show you His power and His love. He's using it to prepare you for what's next.

We're in this with you. Together, we're trusting in Jesus.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
