No pain in bones, muscles, relaxation, no stress

No stress, no tension in my body.
Relaxation.
I had huge pain in my bones and muscles last two nights.
I could barely sleep.
It's probable that it is connected to the event with my ###.
Normal stomach acid.
No gastritis.
