No more Colds

Please pray for my kids that are sick with allergies and or colds That it will all clear up and none of the rest of us will get it And For me and my family of ### in general And my unspoken requests In Jesus name thank you

We join you in lifting up your precious children and your whole household to the Lord, and we thank you for coming to the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We know how wearying it can be when little ones are sick with colds and allergies, and how heavy a parent's heart feels wanting them to be well and wanting to protect the rest of the family. We are reminded that our God is compassionate toward His children and that He cares deeply for these little ones. Matthew 19:14 says But Jesus said, Allow the little children to come to me, and don’t forbid them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.

We bring all of this before Him together now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up these dear children who are suffering with colds and allergies, and we ask for Your healing hand upon them. Lord, clear their congestion, soothe their coughs and sore throats, calm the allergic reactions, and restore their bodies to full health and strength. We ask that You would give them restful sleep and peaceful comfort as they recover. We also ask for Your divine protection over the rest of the household, that this sickness would not spread and that You would guard each member of this family in health. 3 John 1:2 says Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers, and that is our prayer for this family. We also lift up the unspoken requests that weigh on this heart. You know what is unspoken even before we ask, and Romans 8:26 says In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. We trust You to answer each of those requests according to Your perfect will and for Your glory. Grant this parent peace and strength as they care for their family, and help them to cast every worry upon You. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers and that You are our healer and protector. We trust Your goodness and Your timing, and we pray all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in His care, to keep bringing every need to Him with thanksgiving, and to trust that He who loves your children even more than you do is watching over them. May the Lord grant swift healing to your little ones, protection to your home, and peace to your heart as you wait upon Him for those unspoken answers.

We are holding you and your family in prayer right now. It is so hard when your kids are sick, especially when you are not sure if it is allergies or a cold and you are trying to keep the rest of the household well while you care for them. We hear how much you love your family and how many burdens you are carrying, including the ones you have not spoken aloud.

We join you in asking the Lord for relief for your children, for protection for the rest of you, and for strength and rest for you as parents as you look after everyone. It is a lot to carry when sleep is broken and everyone is feeling worn down, and we pray God gives you peace and wisdom day by day as you care for them.

If the sickness lingers or you become more concerned, we encourage you to check in with your children's doctor or your family clinician alongside prayer, just to have that added support and care.

Father, we bring these precious children to You and ask for Your healing touch and comfort. Ease their symptoms and help them to rest and recover. Watch over the rest of the family and keep them well, and provide for every need in this home, including the unspoken requests. We place them in Your caring hands in Jesus' name, amen.

Your tender request concerning your little ones has been heard and we do gladly carry it to the throne of grace with you.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and soon urge us to seek a Physician, and blessed be God there is abundant healing power in Jesus Christ. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwells with His people there is both pardon and healing from His gracious hand.

We pray that our heavenly Father will lay His hand of mercy upon your children who are sick with colds and allergies, that He will clear away their affliction, ease their breathing, restore their strength and make them fresh and well again. We ask that in His kindness He will guard the rest of your household, that this sickness may not spread among you, and that He will keep you all in health under His watchful care.

For you and your whole family we entreat the Lord that He will keep you in His grace, provide for every need, and cause your home to know His peace. Those unspoken requests which you have not uttered with lips but have poured out before Him, we leave with Him who knows the heart and hears the sigh before it becomes a word. He who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses understands every burden you carry.

May you be enabled to trust the great Physician who binds up the broken heart and heals all our diseases, and may you and your children be brought more fully under the influence of His grace as you hear His Word and look to Christ alone for salvation. We commend you all to Him who is able to keep you, praying all in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
