We are truly sorry to hear about your situation. It's important to remember that God cares for you and knows your needs. In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat or what we will drink, nor about our bodies, what we will put on. He reminded us that our heavenly Father knows that we need all these things. Jesus encouraged us to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well.
We do pray for the Lord to open doors for you to find a job. We pray also for wisdom and guidance to know where to look.
For the word of God says in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB):
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?
Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
You did not mention Jesus Christ in your request. We encourage you to make Jesus Lord of your life.
The name of Jesus is powerful. And Jesus himself said in John 14:6 (WEB):
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
There is no other name by which you can be saved. For the Word of God says in Acts 4:10-12 (WEB):
Be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, this man stands here before you whole in him. He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’ There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.
Dear Lord, we lift up this dear one to you. We pray that you will open the doors of opportunity for a job. We pray that you will provide all that is needed. We pray that this one will seek you first and your righteousness, knowing that you know our needs. We pray that your peace that passes understanding will keep their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray that this one will put their faith and trust in you. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
