No matter what I do nothing seems ...

Tina, Tina, Tina! I know your pain. In fact, I've been in a similar situation, which lasted for quite a long time, as in some years. The thing about trials and tribulations is that once you've done all that you can, and that's still not enough, it's time to turn it all over to the Lord. We must choose what side of the fence to be on? Do you trust God to provide for you in the event of losing your job, or are you afraid of losing a job that He made possible in the first place?

Several years ago, I quit a job making about $40,000 a year, to move back to our home state to be closer to the family. A few years later, we wanted to move back to the warmer climate. I spent months searching for a job paying what the one I left paid. Finally, after no success, I gave up looking for that kind of job. One morning I woke up and prayed for a job that would sustain me, as in providing enough for me to adequately contribute to the family's finances, along with my husband's salary. The next time I went job hunting, (not on the computer then) I drove by a sign outside of a company that read (Hiring). I went in to apply. The receptionist asked me if I had enough time to interview with the hiring manager. I said yes! Fast forwarding, I got the job, but at $25,000 a year, not $30 or $40,000. But, $25,000 answered my prayer. That amount was what I needed, $48,000 was what I wanted? Three years later, my salary was in excess of $48,000 with the commission. I worked there for almost 10 tears.

Believe and Receive! Be thankful for whatever the Lord has in store for you. It may be time to move on? Don't beat yourself up, ask God to lift you up instead. Sorry for the long post, but I hope it encourages you to trust God to bring you out, and stay the course until He says move, in one way or another.

"This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s." 2 Chronicles 20:15
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
"After Job had prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before." Job 42: 10

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." Mark 11: 24
