Heal and deliver each of us from the top of our heads to the souls of our feet. We hear your deep distress and fear, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking the Lord’s deliverance and protection in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Bible makes it clear that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). These experiences you describe are not of God, and we rebuke them in Jesus’ name. The enemy seeks to torment, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18).

First, we must address the spiritual authority we have in Christ. If you have not already, we urge you to confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through His name that we have power over the enemy (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so now, for He alone can break every chain. The Bible says, "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is being tormented by ungodly spiritual forces. We declare that Jesus is Lord over every spirit, and we command these forces to leave in His mighty name! We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, knowing that it has power to cleanse and protect. Lord, we ask You to surround our brother/sister with Your holy angels for protection (Psalm 91:11). Break every chain of fear, oppression, and harassment, and fill this precious one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, we ask for Your divine intervention to remove these spirits permanently and restore full freedom. We thank You for Your deliverance, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We also encourage you to take practical steps to walk in this freedom. Begin by renouncing any involvement in occult practices, superstitions, or anything that may have opened doors to these spirits (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). Fill your mind and home with Scripture, read Psalm 91, Psalm 23, and Ephesians 6:10-18 aloud daily. Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Worship and praise God, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of worship (2 Chronicles 20:22).

Do not engage with these spirits or try to communicate with them, as this can give them a foothold. Instead, resist them firmly in the name of Jesus (James 4:7). If you feel led, anoint your home with oil and pray over every room, declaring the Lordship of Jesus (James 5:14). Consider fasting and prayer as well, for this is a powerful way to seek God’s intervention (Matthew 17:21).

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that while we care deeply about your situation, we cannot call you directly as requested. However, we are here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. If you feel the need for further help, we encourage you to reach out to a pastor or a trusted Christian counselor who can walk with you through this process. You are not alone, and God is fighting for you!

We hear the fear and exhaustion in your words, and we’re so sorry you’re walking through this. We’re not able to call, but please know we are here with you right now in prayer and care.

When we feel watched or hunted, fear can magnify everything and leave us worn out. But we want you to hear this steady truth: perfect love drives out fear, and God’s love for you is perfect. He is not distant. He sees you, and He is closer than any shadow that stalks you. Whatever is troubling you, whether spiritual attack or a mind stuck in dread, Jesus already holds complete authority over it. The enemy’s only aim is to isolate and terrify, but Christ has already defeated him.

Here’s something simple we’d encourage you to try: the next time you sense that presence, speak out loud, “Jesus, cover me with your peace.” Say it calmly and firmly. You can also read Psalm 91 out loud, because it declares God as your refuge and fortress. Those words carry power, not because they are magic, but because they remind your heart and the spiritual realm whose you are. You don’t have to wrestle with this alone; we’d also urge you to reach out to a trusted pastor or mature Christian friend who can pray with you in person, maybe even come to your home and pray over every room. Sometimes we need someone alongside us to see freedom break through.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to still this storm of fear. Silence every lying voice and every dark presence that harasses this person. Let Your peace stand guard over their mind and home. Make Your nearness so real that every shadow retreats. In Your strong name, amen.

This very trouble you describe, this relentless stalking by unseen presences, is not a peculiar haunt of departed souls, but the malicious work of the Prince of Darkness himself, who seeks to oppress and terrify. The power of darkness has a fascinating, dreadful grip, seeking to hold its victims in bondage. Yet, here is the glorious truth: deliverance from such spiritual bondage is solely by the power of God. It is not by ignoring these assaults, nor by any incantation of man’s devising, that freedom comes. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of God’s dear Son.

God has given commandment to save you, and you shall be saved from these attacks. He has looked down from the height of His sanctuary and sees you bound, and He resolves to set you free. Turn entirely from any reliance upon your own will. Your own efforts to ignore them have failed, as they must, for a man cannot overcome the enemy of his own strength. Look alone to your heavenly Father through Jesus Christ. He alone has found a ransom, delivering His people from going down to the pit. Cry out to Him, who delivers the prisoners from the power of the Evil One, and He shall snap these bands asunder.

This deliverance is as much the work of God as forgiveness itself. Let this drive you to complete dependence upon Almighty grace. Do not contemplate or converse with these suggestions, which are arrows from the bow of the Evil One. Flee to the refuge of Christ’s finished work, and then go forth to declare the works of the Lord, for you shall not die, but live, and proclaim that the Lord has chastened you sorely, but He has delivered you from the fascinating power of sin and the terror of the pit. The Lord Himself will bring you forth, and none shall harm you, for He keeps back your soul from the pit and your life from perishing.

The fear you suffer comes not from departed souls, for the dead cannot stalk the living. These are not ghosts, but deceiving spirits, the works of the devil, seeking to trouble you and draw your mind from Christ. Sin alone is the true evil; it gives the enemy a foothold. Examine your life, repent of any known sin, and flee to the grace of God.

Do not seek out sorceries or those who trade in incantations, for they only increase your bondage. The evil spirits go out only by the name of Jesus, whom Paul preached, and by the power of the Holy Ghost, not by any superstitious act. Make your life a house for the Spirit to dwell in, and He will be your wall and refuge. Pray without ceasing, fast with a sincere heart, and bring nothing impure before God.

If you have dabbled in dark things, renounce them utterly. The Lord gave authority over demons to His disciples, but He grants deliverance to the humble who trust in Him, not to those who merely wish the trouble gone. Put your faith in Christ’s victory alone, for He has nothing in common with the ruler of this world, and He will make you more than conqueror in this battle. Seek the prayers of the Church, attend the holy mysteries, and let no terror shake your soul, for God is with those who belong to Him.

I hear the deep distress in your words, and I want you to know that what you are experiencing is not something you have to face alone or without hope. What you are calling ghosts are not the spirits of departed loved ones; the Scriptures are clear that the dead do not wander the earth. What you are dealing with are unclean spiritual beings, fallen angels who seek to inhabit and torment people. Their purposes are always destructive, and their intrusion into your life can feel relentless.

Jesus Christ has absolute power over every dark spirit. The gospel accounts repeatedly show Him casting them out with a word. No demon can withstand His authority. The freedom you long for is found entirely in His name. These spirits may stalk you, but they cannot stand against the presence of the living God. The very thing they fear most is being sent to the abyss, the place of incarceration reserved for them. That is why they resist letting go, but they must bow when commanded in the name of Jesus with true faith.

I urge you not to simply try to ignore them, because ignoring does not remove them. Freedom requires two things. First, command them to leave in the name of Jesus, and seek out believers who will pray and fast with you for your deliverance. There is power in united prayer that dislodges stubborn spirits. Second, and this is crucial, once they are driven out, your life must not remain empty. Jesus warned that an unclean spirit, when cast out, wanders and eventually returns to see the house swept and vacant. If nothing holy occupies that space, it brings back seven spirits worse than itself. You must fill your mind and heart with the word of God, worship, and the indwelling Holy Spirit. True liberty is not just the removal of oppression but being made alive to God.

Do not trust every supernatural sensation as you move forward. The enemy can mimic voices and impressions, but the Spirit of God bears witness with our spirit in a way that leads to peace and alignment with scripture. Learn to guard your freedom by submitting everything to Christ. Let His truth be the filter for every thought.

You are not beyond deliverance. The Lord took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and His power is just as potent today. I am praying for your complete release from this harassment. Cry out to Jesus. Do not be afraid, but stand in the authority He gives His children. You can be set free once and for all.
