I have been looking for stable employment for the past year, having been laid off since July 2009. I have sent out scores of applications and have had several interviews but no job offers yet. I am willing to do whatever God calls me to in order to support my family. My wife has fiber myalgia and is basically bedridden. It has actually been a blessing to be at home these past months and care for her but we are behind in our bills now and have just declared bankruptcy. Today, I received an e-mail from our landlord threatening eviction as the September payment is late. I had a job lined up tearing out and replacing a gazebo that would have paid the rent but the job has been delayed due to permits and such.
Please pray for God's provision - not just income but a steady job that will help meet our monthly bills. My last job lasted fifteen ears and totally caught me by surprise when I was laid off. But, that is behind me and I know God must have a different plan. Please pray for my wife's health and for me to be the provider and care giver i am called to be.
