CassG, we hear the despair in your words, "No hope - No hope," and our hearts go out to you. In times like these, it's crucial to remember that our hope is not found in our circumstances or feelings, but in the unfailing love and promises of God. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
Firstly, we must address that your message does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have hope and access to God. As it is written in Romans 5:2, "Through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. Let us therefore rejoice in the hope of the glory of God." We encourage you to put your faith and hope in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In times of hopelessness, we encourage you to cast your cares on the Lord, as Peter tells us, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Let's lean into that comfort together.
We also want to remind you of Matthew 11:28-29, where Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus understands your weariness, ###. He's there for you, ready to give you rest.
Let's pray. "Dear Lord, we bring ### before you today. Lord, we ask that you wrap your arms around them, comfort them, and remind them of your constant presence. Help them to find rest in you, Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
