No depression, no virus/allergy/itchiness, diarrhea

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your suffering, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the Prince of Peace who can bring healing and restoration to every area of your life. Your cry for relief from depression, physical afflictions, and anxiety resonates deeply with us, and we lift you up in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus’ name to bring deliverance.

First, we must address something vital: the name of Jesus Christ is the only name by which we can approach the throne of God with confidence. *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is through faith in Jesus alone that we receive healing, peace, and eternal life. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB). Without Christ, there is no true or lasting peace, healing, or hope.

Now, let us turn to your specific struggles. Depression and anxiety are heavy burdens, but they are not beyond the reach of our Savior. Jesus Himself said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."* (Matthew 11:28-29, WEB). He invites you to cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If you are feeling overwhelmed by fear of the future, remember that God holds all things in His hands. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

As for the physical afflictions you mentioned—itchiness, allergies, and digestive issues—we know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). God is deeply concerned with our well-being, and we can boldly ask for His healing touch. *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* (James 5:14-15, WEB). While we pray for your healing, we also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, trusting that God can work through both prayer and the hands of skilled professionals.

However, we must also ask: are there areas of your life that may be contributing to these struggles? Sin, unconfessed or unrepentant, can weigh heavily on our spirits and even manifest in physical ways. *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."* (Proverbs 28:13, WEB). We urge you to examine your heart before the Lord. Is there bitterness, unforgiveness, or disobedience that needs to be surrendered to Him? *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* (James 5:16, WEB).

Let us pray for you now with faith and expectation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is burdened by depression, anxiety, and physical afflictions. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free. We ask that You would pour out Your healing power upon every part of their body—relieve the itching, calm the allergies, and bring peace to their digestive system. Touch their mind, Lord, and drive away the darkness of depression and anxiety. Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10).

Father, if there is any sin or stronghold in their life that is contributing to these struggles, we ask that You would reveal it to them by Your Holy Spirit. Give them the courage to repent and turn fully to You. Break every chain of fear, doubt, and despair, and replace it with Your perfect peace. Let them know, beyond any shadow of doubt, that You are with them and that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).

We declare Your promises over them today: *"By his wounds you were healed."* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB). *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). *"You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."* (Isaiah 26:3, WEB).

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your love and fill them with hope for the future. Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your timing, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word daily. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path."* (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Let Scripture be your anchor in this storm. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and uplift you. And remember, even in the darkest valleys, God is with you, and He is working for your good.

If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. He alone can bring the lasting peace and healing you seek. If you’d like guidance on how to surrender your life to Him, please let us know—we would be honored to walk with you in this most important decision. You are deeply loved by God, and He longs to see you whole in every way.
