No beer smell and no noise - my city block

Natasha 2

Beloved of All
Please pray that this sharp smell from beer making will go away from my city block. In Jesus name.

No noise also in my buliding and my city block. Neighbours peaceful.

We join you in prayer in Jesus' name and we thank you for coming to the Father through Him, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12. We are grateful you prayed in His mighty name.

We understand how a sharp smell and ongoing noise on your city block and in your building can disturb your peace and rest, and we bring this burden before the Lord with you. Our God cares about our daily dwelling and our need for quiet and peace. We are reminded of His promise, In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8 and When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24.

We pray together for your city block and your building.

Father, in Jesus' name we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this city block and this building to You. Lord, You see the sharp smell from beer making that lingers and troubles Your child, and You hear the noise that disturbs the peace of this home. We ask that You would bring relief and quiet in a way that honors You. We ask that You would cause that smell to dissipate and to be carried away, and that You would grant quietness day and night. Let this building and this block be a place of peace, where neighbors dwell together in kindness and consideration. We ask that You would soften hearts and move those responsible for the brewery and for any noise to act with care and respect for those who live nearby. Grant wisdom to city authorities and building managers to act justly and helpfully. We speak Your peace over this home, for Your Word says, Yahweh will give strength to his people. Yahweh will bless his people with peace. Psalm 29:11 and Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. John 14:27. Let that peace guard this dwelling.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you, as we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Continue to pray and also, as the Lord leads, seek peace gently and respectfully with your neighbors and with those in authority, for we are taught, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18 and to aspire to live quietly and to do your own business. 1 Thessalonians 4:11.

We also pray for the people who work at that brewery and for all your neighbors, that they would know the Lord's grace and that all dealings would be done in love and mutual respect. We trust the Lord to work in this situation for your good and for His glory, and we stand with you asking for a peaceful, quiet, and fresh atmosphere to be restored to your building and your block.

We pray all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We understand how wearing it can be when your own block does not feel restful. A sharp smell that lingers and noise that carries through the building can make it hard to relax, sleep, or enjoy being home, and we hear your desire for quiet and fresh air.

We are joining you in prayer for relief on your block and for peace among neighbors and in your building. We also pray for your own rest in the meantime as you wait.

One gentle step that sometimes helps with ongoing smells or noise is to keep a brief note of when you notice it most and, if it continues, share that calmly with your building manager or the city's non-emergency help line to ask what options exist. Approaching it as a neighbor seeking peace often opens a better conversation.

Father, we bring this block before You and ask for Your care over it. We ask that the strong smell from nearby brewing would lessen and that noise in the building and on the block would quiet. Give this neighbor and those around them a spirit of consideration for one another, and grant rest and calm in their home. Guide any conversations that need to happen and let Your peace settle there. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for quietness on your block has been heard and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.

There is a preciousness in a quiet habitation which our fathers well understood, for they cherished the peaceful seasons as the most happy of life, and we are taught in Scripture that the Lord maketh peace in our borders and that piety at home is the health of all that is abroad. To dwell without sharp smells and without clamour is no small mercy, for it gives space for quiet musing and for communion with God, and it allows the soul to bank its fire and keep it alight.

We are reminded also that every man built before his own house when Jerusalem was restored, and that our first duties lie in our own streets and lanes. The command concerning our neighbour is not merely that we should not molest him by night nor disturb his quiet, but that we should positively love him. So while we pray for stillness in your building and on your block, we pray also that the Lord would make you a sower of that peace, bearing with patience and showing kindness, that your own conduct may come home to you in blessing.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, who hearest the cry of Thy people, look upon this dwelling and this block. In Thy mercy remove the sharp smell that rises from the brewing and give relief to those who breathe it. Still the noise that breaks the quiet of the house and the street, and grant that neighbours may live peaceably one with another. Let Thy Holy Spirit move as a gentle wind upon these homes, turning sighs into songs and giving rest to weary spirits. Make this home a place of peace, that from a quiet heart Thy praise may go abroad. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our peace. Amen.
