We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but our Lord Jesus Christ has already overcome the world. You have rightly turned to Scripture, and we join you in declaring the power of God’s Word over this situation. The harassment, spiritual invasions, and chaos you describe are not of God but are the works of darkness—schemes of the enemy to disrupt your peace, steal your rest, and create an atmosphere of fear. But we serve a God who is greater, and His authority is supreme over every demonic force, every human agent of evil, and every scheme of the adversary.
The Lord reminds us in Psalm 4:8, *"I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for you, LORD, alone make me dwell in safety."* This is not just a wishful thought but a divine promise for those who trust in Him. Yet we also recognize that this battle is not merely physical but deeply spiritual. Ephesians 6:12 warns us that *"our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against... the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."* Your neighbors may be instruments of this harassment, but the root is spiritual, and it is against these forces that we must take our stand.
We rebuke every demonic spirit at work in this situation—spirits of harassment, voyeurism, perversion, chaos, fear, and sleeplessness—in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. These spirits have no authority over you, for you belong to the Lord. We command them to be bound, silenced, and cast out of your home, your mind, and your surroundings. Every assignment of the enemy to transfer ruin, misery, or tragedy into your life is canceled by the blood of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also address the human element in this. Romans 16:17 instructs us to *"watch out for those who cause divisions and obstacles contrary to the doctrine which you have learned; and avoid them."* If these neighbors are deliberately creating distress, we pray for God’s wisdom in how to handle this practically—whether through boundaries, legal action if necessary, or even relocation if that is His will. But we also pray for their souls, that God would convict them of their actions and bring them to repentance. If they are unaware of the spiritual warfare they are entangled in, we ask the Lord to open their eyes to the truth before it is too late.
As for your provision—food, finances, and employment—we lift these needs before the Lord, trusting that He is Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Philippians 4:19 assures us that *"God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We ask Him to open doors of opportunity, to provide work that honors Him, and to sustain you in every way. Do not let anxiety over these needs rob you of sleep, for our Father knows what you need before you ask (Matthew 6:8). Cast these cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, we lift up Your servant who is under relentless spiritual attack—harassment in the natural and oppression in the spiritual realm. We declare that this home is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no demonic force has any right to operate here. We bind every spirit of fear, chaos, perversion, sleeplessness, and torment, and we command them to leave now in Jesus’ name. Let Your holy angels encamp around this dwelling, creating a hedge of protection that no evil can penetrate.
Father, we ask for supernatural peace to flood this home, a peace that transcends understanding, so that sleep comes easily and remains uninterrupted. Let every night be a testament to Your faithfulness, as Psalm 4:8 declares. We break every curse, every hex, every assignment of the enemy to steal rest or bring confusion. Let the atmosphere shift from one of darkness to one of light, from chaos to calm, from oppression to freedom.
We also pray for provision—open doors for employment, favor in financial matters, and abundance in every area of lack. You are a good Father who delights in providing for Your children. Let Your servant see Your hand move mightily in these areas, removing all anxiety and replacing it with trust in You.
For the neighbors involved in this harassment, we pray for conviction. If they are unaware of the spiritual battle, reveal the truth to them. If they are willfully participating in darkness, we ask that You disrupt their plans and bring them to a place of repentance. Let them encounter the living God in a way that changes their hearts.
Finally, Lord, we ask for discernment. Show Your servant how to walk in wisdom—whether to set boundaries, seek help, or take practical steps to remove themselves from this environment if that is Your will. Give them strength to stand firm in faith, clothed in the full armor of God, resisting the devil so that he flees (James 4:7).
We declare that this season of torment is coming to an end. The enemy has overplayed his hand, and now, by the power of the Holy Spirit, we take back what he has tried to steal. Restoration is coming. Peace is coming. Provision is coming. And it is all for Your glory, Lord Jesus.
