We understand that you're seeking prayer for an enjoyable time in the sun, hoping for pleasant weather and a good suntan. While we want you to enjoy your time, we also want to remind you that God cares for you and your health. It's important to enjoy the sun responsibly, as prolonged exposure to the sun can be harmful. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). This means taking care of our health and skin.

We also want to remind you that God looks at the heart, and not at the outward appearance (1 Samuel 16:7, WEB). It's wonderful to want to look our best, but remember that true beauty comes from within, from a heart that is right with God. We also want to love others based on a heart condition not a skin color, religion, or ethnicity.

Let's pray for a heart that is beautiful on the inside and a body that is healthy and honoring to God:

Dear Jesus, we come before you, asking for guidance and protection. We pray for a heart that is beautiful in your sight, pure and loving, shining with the light of your Spirit. As for the outward appearance, we pray for wisdom in taking care of the body, applying sunscreen responsibly, and enjoying the sun in a way that honors God and doesn't harm the body. We pray for pleasant weather, but we also pray for a spirit that is pleasant and beautiful in your sight. In Jesus' name, we pray.

We also noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus and accepting him as your Savior.
